Wonderful sofa and experience throughout

Had my corner sofa bed delivered a week ago and love it. Excellent customer service throughout, storage and a change of address negotiated without hitch. Any communication was responded to quickly. The sofa is well made, easy to open and had enough storage for bedding and other bits. Love the fabric and it fits perfectly in my little lounge! Very good experience throughout and would recommend.

If I could give a zero I would

If I could give a zero I would, the most awful company selling the most awful fabric sofa. Within 1 week the fabric bubbled, the sofa looks and feels disgusting, the company admitted the fabric batch was faulty but still refuse to do anything about it. Becareful don't waste your money with this company.

Broken sofabed, abysmal customer service, steer well clear

Abysmal customer service for months now. Issue from start, back piece of sofa bed dips when any weight is put on it making it unusable. Have clarified issue on multiple occasions and been assured back piece will be replaced, second call out today and workers did not have back piece so utterly pointless waste of time. Sofaah / DRS have not acknowledged my complaint or any wrongdoing, if something goes wrong they will not help. Service call outs can only be on certain days (Tuesdays in my area), making it very difficult to schedule around work. Shocking customer service and useless expensive sofa bed. Steer clear!!

Just received our new sofa and…

Just received our new sofa and absolutely love it it is great quality and comfortable. The gents who delivered it this morning and set it up were also great and very efficient. I would highly recommend Sleepahh and wouldn’t hesitate to use the company again 😊.

Delighted

I’m delighted with our sofa bed. We have the chaise sofa and even though I checked the measurements, it was still a bit of a moment when they started putting it together. It’s big, even in pieces so make sure you can actually get it in your house. You can get 3 or 4 people on it. The sofa itself is really comfy, yes the opening into sofa bed is as easy as they promise. My child is slightly obsessed with it as a sofa bed so can also confirm that’s comfy too.

I got fabric samples before ordering and was impressed by them. We have the burnt orange velour which is really nice. I wish I could upload photos. My questions were answered quickly by email although there wasn’t loads of updates between ordering and scheduling for delivery. Because it’s a new company and not a small amount of money it might help to reassure to have some updates inbetween.

Other things useful to mention - the non moving arm which we have is great. Note that it projects a little wider than the chaise. The measurements are on the website. For us this meant it doesn’t sit flush against a wall and there’s a slightly odd gap. I’ll fill it with something though. There’s also a gap between the sofa when out as a bed and the chaise. We realised it was the perfect size to drop a remote down :)

It took a while to find a delivery slot and then the company rescheduled it when I’d booked a day off to be around as you only get a 2 hour slot the night before. It ended up working out fine and the delivery company were very helpful when I rang them. But it did take our wait for the sofa close to 12 weeks rather than 10. Delivery was great and assembly straightforward.

The main thing though is the sofa is awesome and we love it! Better than what I looked at in same price point. I got a bit worried while I was waiting because I couldn’t find many reviews so adding this in case it helps someone.

We love it

The customer service was very great, helpful and efficient. They reply to my emails/queries very quickly even on weekends. There was just a slight problem with the delivery but it was sorted out very quickly. My husband and I love the sofa. It was soft and nice to sit/lie down to. When the bed is pulled out, at least 4-5 people can fit in the whole sofa. It was a great experience and highly recommended.

My overall experience with Sleepahh was…

My overall experience with Sleepahh was great. When deciding what sofa I wanted and getting the consultation on their website of a few queries I had, I knew what sofa I wanted to purchase. The delivery men were lovely and put the sofa together in little time.
Only thing to mention is once delivery was ready, it took a few 8 days to be delivered (finding the right slot) and they don’t deliver on a weekend

Avoid at all costs!

I have had a horrible experience from ordering to now when I am trying to return the sofa due to faults.

On ordering the website stated delivery is usually within 6 to 8 weeks. After 4 weeks I contacted to get an update as they take all money upfront and was told the wait is 10 weeks and when I questioned they said it was not updated on their website and I was to wait.

I got a call a few weeks later to say there was an error with the fabric and the wait would be longer. I then got a text to organise delivery which I did, only to be left on the day with no contact from Sleepahh or the delivery company. They said it was an IT error and thr CEO told me he would look at compensation. The owner decided that I was not allowed anything and I was to just wait for the sofa.

The sofa did not arrive until 3 months after ordering. The delivery drivers brought the wrong sofa for the van and I had to wait for them to get the correct sofa. When they attached the two sections of the sofa, my floor was deeply scratched as there is an ugly wooden support which is not pictured or detailed anywhere. The pictures and description imply that there are only flat black legs.

I had such a bad experience up to delivery that I did not contact. But the issues kept adding up. The storage under the chaise lounge had a crack that has been glued over. The base is coming away from the sofa and there is another crack in the base which is getting bigger as the base is so weak.

I emailed to complain and the CEO wrote in an email I could have a refund or a new sofa. I responded to say I understood but what could they do about my floor. I was then emailed by the owner to say the return or replacement had been WITHDRAWN because I asked a further question.

All communication has been awful and extremely rude. I feel bullied and trapped with a sofa that is not as advertised.

EDIT: After posting my genuine review, I have seen three new five star reviews come in. Coincidence?

I raised my concerns with my credit card company and they upheld the complaint, which shows how awful this company is.

Disappointed as sofa did not fit and was charged a lot for the refund

I ordered a sofa and waited over 3 months for it to be delivered. The website says that the sofa may be dismantled for narrower corridors if needed but upon delivery the sofa was more than 90cm wide and did not fit through the door and could not be dismantled. I was offered a refund but they deducted £350 (this twice the amount you pay if you return it under 30 day guarantee). This is hidden on the website so I challenged this but the response was quite intimidating saying that I should be glad that they accepted a refund at all. I am very disappointed and would urge anyone to triple check the dimensions before purchasing to avoid a costly disappointment.

BEAUTIFUL PRODUCT!! AMAZING DELIVERY SERVICE!!

We were looking for an easy to use and comfortable sofa bed for over a year now. Our new sofa bed surely met our expectations, and moreover the high quality and sleek design have been a talking point amongst families and friends. We will definitely get many years of pleasure from owning your product.

Your delivery service was very impressive too!
The delivery men were really lovely, polite and engaged with us too. Our product was well protected and handled with great care through our tight door ways and stairs. Plus fully unpackaged, assembled and showed us how to set up - just couldn't believe how simple it was to operate.

Absolutely Excellent!

Absolutely Excellent!

This sofa was definitely worth the wait. The quality is second to none. The delivery was faultless and the staff have been nothing but helpful throughout the whole process. The sofa is such good quality and the sofa bed pull out is huge. I’m really impressed and I can’t recommend this company enough.

Fantastic service all round!



I ordered a 3 seater back in late January. Just arrived and had it in house for a week now. Being honest, it was a touch later than originally planned due to the fabric choice, but they did keep in touch with me and I was moving into a new house, so it sort of worked out all ok in the end. They kept hold, of it for a few weeks till I was ready too.

Super responsive on chat and email in terms of the service. Really nice to see a company that actually has human beings at the end of the line instead of a bot or some ridiculous ai thing. The actual Sofa bed is super comfy too. Can’t praise them enough really. Def lot more premium than the one I seen at Ikea and the way it folds out as one single operation is pretty cool. Def recommend. Thanks Sleepahh.

Brilliant

To be honest, get loads of FB ads and wasn’t sure when I first seen Sleepahh. Very friendly oringally on chat when I talked to them in January. Sooo glad I bought. Just arrived today and I love it. Great colour. Delivery I Scotland can be hit or miss. This was really good. Brought it in, unpacked, took all the packaging away and made sure it worked as bed and seat before leaving. Hope the pic is showing as it’s lovely. The flex arms are cool. Thanks Sleepahh. Just need to stop the kids constantly making into a bed (novelty at the moment).

Do not pay the break down fee

Do not pay the fee to be delivered in small pieces. Damage was caused to my property because the pieces delivered were very large. They said they would try to breakdown further, cancelled the next delivery as they misplaced the sofa, and then delivered again with no reduction in size.
I am now £300 out of pocket for restockage and the fee mentioned which was not honored.
If they had delivered in smaller pieces as per the fee, the sofa could have been delivered.
