Kind and caring people
Kind and caring people, they kept me informed throughout the whole process. When I didn't understand something they walked me through it .
I was never hurried or meant to feel foolish, I was given the time to think things through and my opinion counted.

I would like to say a massive Thankyou to Rachel who dealt with my potential medical negligence claim today. After a traumatic 15 months having to talk about it was one of the hardest things I’ve had to do, at points when I was crying Rachel was so understanding, very sympathetic but most of all so supportive, when you’ve been through a traumatic time, talking about it brings all those nightmares back to you in an instant, so having someone professional, caring, and supportive like Rachel on the other end of the phone made it that bit easier. Professional, Honest and Supportive Advice
I instructed Lara Aziz in relation to an employment matter and found her to be professional, knowledgeable and approachable throughout.

My case seemed to take an age to get going. At least three two hour long phone calls, then nothing. Then after maybe a year, I had a call off Catherine Hurst to say she had taken over my case. 80% of what information she had was wrong. Catherine went over everything with me again, and kept me informed of every further step. Which resulted in the winning of my claim.

Slater and Gordon Lawyers…Number one for mis-sold car loans in the UK.
I contacted Slater and Gordon Lawyers in early 2025 to take on my claims for mis-sold car financing and so far they have been on point, keeping me aware of any and all news regarding the claims.
Recently I had an issue with another law firm which at first was only bothersome but when it started to cause me stress , I contacted one of the paralegals at S& G, a Mr.Lee Jones and asked for some sound legal advice.
Mr.Jones was on it, willing to assist me straight away to set my mind to rest.
He went above and beyond and kindly assisted me through the issue to where it was settled with one closing email.
Im most impressed with Mr.Jones and Slater and Gordon by the way they have really supported me and kept me informed through the time while we await the result of the mis-sold finance claim.
I thank Mr.Jones for great personal attention to my issue rather than , like others, just looking at my claim and not caring about the individual.
I recommend this lawfirm without any reservation and if you're lucky enough to speak with Mr.Lee Jones, please give him my regards!

Gracefully cancelled with no charge
Firstly a big thanks to the team & M r Lee Jones
I’d had an ongoing issue & was worried to say the least I’d proceeded 2 pcp claims prematurely a year went by while there was a government pause & id missed all emails from the team , meanwhile I was getting further into a claim with an opposing legal team … nearing the end of pcp claim I was made aware I had 2 legal teams an would have to choose one
I wrote to slater a Gordon a received email saying I could be charged up to £250 which worried me more ( some legal charge £200 per claim I had 3) . Anyway after requesting a call I spoke to Lee and explained everything he assured me talked over events and humbly & respectfully agreed to withdraw the claim free of charge with no penalty.
So although technically I did not use the service as intended for this I will recommend and in future myself be choosing the legal team for any of my legal battles I may face ,many thanks again
