Good quality clothes, but subpar experience.

Clothes are good quality, customer service is lacking. Ordered 4 items, two of which got sent were the wrong sizes. One of which was the correct size shouldn’t have passed quality control as it was like a dress. It’s a massive shame; Slackjaw are a standout in the designs they use. Currently banging my head against a wall trying to get a return sorted, which needs to be ‘manually approved,’ for some reason, and sent back at cost to me, despite their error. Once all sorted, will not be ordering from them again. Expected better.

Excellent quality

Love slackjaw stuff, have loads of t shirts, but never bought sweatshirts before. These are among the best quality sweatshirts I have ever bought, and they were half price! Absolutely amazing!
