Do not preorder from this site!

I want to support small business as much as possible but I’m very upset with how my preorder last September was handled. The last communication I had with this company was 2/24/26 telling me that the time arrived at their warehouse and is on the way. A pre-shipment label was created a month later. They haven’t acknowledged my disappointment in this experience either - just overpromising items that have not arrived yet.

It is May 2026 and I still don’t have my items so I have asked for a refund. At this time, they continue to accept preorders for kpop items. Go to their kpop events but do not preorder from them! I will have to escalate a dispute if they don’t refund me.
