I ordered the rampage about 2 months ago. Initial impressions were great. Cable management is very well thought out aside from a few headers i moved because I'm quite particular about that stuff. Shipping was quick and packaging was more than adequate. My rig is a rtx 5070+amd ryzen 7 7700x+32gb ddr5+2tb ssd. A stout gaming setup for the price and pretty much future proofed for the forseeable future, you're almost guaranteed high 90 - low 100 fps gaming on 1080p and a tad lower at 1440p in any AAA games with this rig. I've since added another 2tb ssd and some little things here and there. I've had zero issues, and i was pleased to see the pc came with very little to no bloatware aside from a handful of skytechgaming wallpapers and a few apps/startup ads.

The only complaint i have is the fans which is what's holding me back from giving a full 5 stars. I've done a lot of research trying to find out what they are to no avail. They do their job but they're incredibly loud and for the price i paid i wish they would use some higher end fans. i assume they get bulk shipments of the cheapest mid grade fans they can find. They drive me absolutely insane. Thats something i will absolutely upgrade soon.

All in all it's been a pleasant experience. I've never gone the pre-built route but i would definitely recommend skytech if you're considering it. We just need to get on their ass about these crappy cheap fans. Rgb isn't a necessity just focus on daily usability over flashy lights please.

Bought an Azure 3 march 31st. Received it four days after. When opening it was so very professionally packaged. It came with a nice black cover that I use as a dust cover when system is turned off. The components inside the PC was very secure. They took the time to make sure everything was secure and safe during shipping. Came with a GPU stand that was great. Came with a few extra wiring. Not sure personally what it is but I will ask in their discord. PC runs great. Have no issues. Very little unneeded programs. So far have no issues. This is my second skytech gaming Pc. Before I had a skytech blaze 2 and it was flawless. Still runs great but needed upgrade and happy I did. I would recommend Skytech always if you want a prebuilt or to customize yourself.

EDUARDO IS THE BEST SKYTECH SUPPORT PERSON. I'M DEAD SERIOUS, GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE. He was so patient, explained each step clearly and as it happened, he explained why it was necessary. I love to learn and understand so this for me was a HUGE plus!! Anyone who gives this man a hard time, I will do a Liam Neeson.

Generally I prefer to build my own machines but this time I decided to have it built for me. My honest grade of the Skytech experience is A+. The first interaction was when I placed the order online, I realized I had forgotten to upgrade the OS and RAM like I wanted. I called Skytech and they reported my issue to mgmt. They contacted me back by email a short time later informing me that the builder had been notified to make the changes and that I would not incur an additional charge. They assembled it beautifully. The cable mgmt is perfect! You can barely tell there are any cables in it! And the performance of the machine is unbeatable. I'm not a PC gamer but I fired up COD which I normally play on console. The benchmarking tool I looked at said performance was in the 95th percentile for that game. That's outstanding IMO. The PC was shipped securely with perfectly fit foam supports to make sure components weren't stressed or loosened. It arrived on the exact date promised. Extra PSU cables and ties were included. I have ZERO complaints. I am not affiliated with Skytech. They gave me no consideration for this review. It is of my own opinion and of my own volition that this review is provided. If you're thinking about Skytech, I cannot think of a reason why you shouldn't.

PC seems to be going strong, all yhe games ive tried have been crisp and smooth. No complaints from me for the time being, Happy with this purchase.

my prebuild bottle necks like crazy the GPU isnt the best the cpu barley ever has a load over 40% where the gpu has trouble running car sim. fivem cant fly in to half the servers because the gpu can keep up at all idk if i missed a step in the setup of the pc but

Packaging for the build was well done, no issues in transit all the way to Florida.

Was able to get everything up and running for my nephew in just a few minutes.

So far all testing that I have done for the system is good (Heat / Mem / CPU / GPU / AIO mounting orientation / Airflow).

Very satisfied with the build overall for something that I did not build myself. Skytech also reached out to me to confirm the order was legitimate given that the billing and shipping addresses differed. I am happy to see fraud prevention measures being taken.

Shipping was super fast and it was packaged well! The customer service team is absolutely lovely and helpful great people all of them, the package came with a free mouse and keyboard which is always appreciated! ( decent quality too!) personally my pc works great some minor windows license issues that were easily resolved I am quite satisfied with my purchase!

Shipping was fast, computer arrived well packed. Cables and everything loomed professionally installed. No issues, the price was better for the pre built PC than you getting all thr parts apart. No issues whatsoever. I recommend them.

I'm extremely happy with my Purchase of The Shadow 4 Gaming PC, I bought it because I has a HP Pavilion that was 7 years old, and it was failing miserably, so I bit the bullet and bought a actual gaming PC and when I say this was the best PC ever I mean it, it hasn't crashed on anything even once, it refuses to drop below 100 FPS on anything, even on ultra graphics, and it keeps up with recording and gaming multitasking, Id 100% Recommend the Shadow 4 or just using Sky tech in general. When I saw the box, I was a bit worried, but turns out Sky tech gaming really cares about there products and made sure to wrap it up plenty. Came with 1 year free included warranty, plus a Keyboard and mouse, and it only took exactly 1 week... 100% would recommend.
