Easy, Low stress
Submitted my info, forgot about it and then 8 months later I got a very nice surprise of a refund. Don't know how much I could have go if I did it myself. But if you can't be bothered to do it yourself/don't care too much about the refund it's a very easy service to use. I mainly put it in just because I didn't want the airline to keep all the money for a terrible service to be honest.
