No 5G in Kent

Stick with EE. The signal for Sky Mobile around south east Kent is abysmal on 5G and it seems to be completely incapable of swapping. Sadly I didn't fire the new phone up in time to be able to cancel and return to EE. Travelling between Tonbridge and West Malling i constantly dropped out of my call and never managed to load maps until I arrived at my destination and got the WiFi!!!

Should have moved before

I had 3 sims with Sky mobile and had been a loyal customer for a number of years. Lost service at home about a month ago and decided after much consideration to move to another provider. The process was simple, service is much improved, I have been able to contact their help desk (Lebara) easily (unlike Sky) and also saved money win / win. It tells you something when the Sky customer service agent suggests moving to another supplier. Should have moved earlier and will now look at moving broadband.

A BUNCH OF LIARS

On the 6th of September I contacted Sky Mobile, said I was interested in the
Samsung A56 5g that I had seen on their site for £17 per month the deal also included buds, I asked repeatedly if £17 was all I would be paying and that there were no extra costs that would be added, I was assured that £17 would be all that I would be paying, so on the strength of that I signed up for a 36 month contract at £17 per month , on the 24th September I looked at my online bank account and found they had taken £20, I rang them and asked why they had taken £20 instead of £17 I couldn't get a straight answer out of them, wrote a stinking review which Trust Pilot didn't put up, so this watered down review is my second attempt, Friday 24th October my monthly charge now stands at £22 and there is nothing I can do about it, DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOUR AND AVOID SKY THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS

My wife phoned Sky Mobile to ask about…

My wife phoned Sky Mobile to ask about Roaming charges in Spain and during the call an agent advised that she would receive a free gift for being a customer for 9 years plus.

In answer to this my wife said she wasn't interested in a gift only info in the roaming costs.
The agent spoke in an Indian accent and give the name James Williams.
Whilst on holiday, three days later, my wife received a email as advising her of her new contract .. which said she ordered an i phone and watch package. She did not agree too this at all.
During the initial query call there was no contract agreed too, no mention of any package, no terms and conditions read out by the agent.
The Sky agent tried to scam her. As a customer for 9 years 9 months, this is such a bad thing to have happen.
At this point Sky are investigating.

I got a Samsung phone from sky

I got a Samsung phone from sky, and it was with a mac book , that you buy the phone and get the mac book, but after you agree to the contract, you will be told to go claim it on Samsung app, sky mobile, thats a wrong image you are puttingout there, you can't put something out there saying buy this and get this, and make it look seamless, and its a process, no invoice number given to me and I have 30days to claim the mac book or I loose it...hmmmm
