Problem with Luminar Neo
I had a problem with the Adobe Lightroom plug-in for Luminar Neo. This is a product of Skylum. After reporting the problem to the company's customer service, I received excellent assistance. Several options were suggested to resolve the issue, and this was ultimately successful. Everything was resolved quickly and very well.

Effective and efficient customer support
I have courteous interactions with the support personnel. I appreciate the follow up when I did not respond right away. I have gotten a working resolution promptly once I sent the information that they requested.

I fell in love with the Luminar Neo app…
I fell in love with the Luminar Neo app the first time I used it. So beginner-friendly with such professional results. But for some reason, I am having to upgrade one thing or another in my Windows, which is a bit of an inconvenience for someone who is not very good at tech. Otherwise, it's perfect. The customer support is good. I always get an immediate response and detailed instructions to solve my issues.

Luminar Neo is THE tool I need for. It’s easy, intuitive and it offers a lot of possibilities.

Good bang for a buck
Great price for lifetime license software, pretty simple and newbie friendly.
The changes are applied nearly instantly, editing can soon become complex the further down the edit menu you scroll, but ''the essentials'' are on top and is all you need to do an edit, yet theres plenty of options for people to be creative.
Software can be used as plug-in for your lightroom classic or PS if you use it or just as standalon(which is how I use it).
I am new to the witchcraft of photo editing, but there is one really noticable thing during editing. I take landscape photos and when I use ''select object'' in masking, the auto selection creates a jagged line between objects, lets say sky and mountain, becomes more noticable the more I edit and it can become painful to manually brush the object manually to get best results.
