Order still not delivered – very poor service
I placed an order with Signmax AB that should have been delivered on 22 September. Today, I am still waiting, with no clear update from the company.
I have called their switchboard in Partille (Box 21, 433 21 Partille), but was simply told that they could not do anything about it. This response is unacceptable for a company that claims to offer professional service.
A purchase should arrive within the promised timeframe (2–3 working days). Instead, I have received neither the product nor any meaningful support.
Very disappointing experience – I would strongly advise other customers to take this into account before ordering.
