Black blinds were advertised as “in-stock” while other colours were advertised with a wait of 3 - 5 business days. After two weeks I contacted the seller and was told the blinds were “in production”.
None of the blinds appear to be in stock. They are all made after ordering. I took 4 weeks to get my purchase.

Bad customer service
What terrible customer service been on to this company numerous times emailing . The blinds were really hard to fit and badly creased . One of them is not in its original cartridge so cant fit it . They responded once ..since then nothing . Im at the end of my tether of what to to do next they wont respond . I hate writing bad reviews but what can i do ? . The €160 may as well go down the drain . Not good enough
