Great place to stay.

Be Ware...Don't waist your time or money. The event was booked months in advance and we were told that the place would be finished being worked on/repairs and cleaned up. We were told that there would be fresh flowers, plants, new mulch, and the grounds would be mowed. The location is Beautiful and has a lot of potential. however, they over promised and way, way, way under delivered. Not only did they not have the repairs done, there were no fresh flowers, no new mulch, the grounds were not mowed, and the rooms were filthy. The owner was overly rude and obnoxious and thought it was ok to bring potential clients through our event while it was going on.
The pool was filthy, the hot tub wouldn't work, there was mold on the steps leading to the fire pit, they never even took the time to use a leaf blower and clean the walkways or the deck. when we asked for it to be cleaned , we were handed the leaf blower.
I was only a guest at the event or there would have been words with the owner and some of the staff.
They seem to have no clue what they are doing, or they truly just do not care about You or Your Event . They just want your money. They are definitely not versed in truth or customer service.

The plan was half days with no lunch at the day camp. That idea quickly changed after the first day of camp. Full days plus lunch and what a fantasy experience Ethan had at camp! Thank you to all that make such fabulous days for the kids. Highly recommend!

Really fun and super awesome I loved it,it was amazing,I loved the pool

My son loves Skylaranna camp! The staff is wonderful and they do fun and educational activities with the kids. His favorite thing to do is swim in the pool. Highly recommend!!

The pool it’s a great and safe place for families with kids. However, there are also guests whom do not have kids. On our last visit, we observed that summer camp could maybe have a different time to avoid mixing with adults. Kids are great, but also they don’t let pool pass guests to enjoy the pool. For example, summer camp could go from 9:30 am- 12:00 pm. Let the pool pass guest be aware of that time of summer camp so they could decide if they want to be there while kids are in the pool. This is just a suggestion. So adults without kids don’t get surprise but they will know what to expect.
Food/ drinks at pool: We suggest to just have a QR code to place orders at the pool. You don’t need to have someone at the tiki bar. Maybe write the specials on the board at the bar. But a QR code would be an easy way to place orders. Bar and kitchen staff would just have to bring orders to the pool or even to the cabin guest. Other than that, the place is beautiful.

I loved my experience at SKYLARANNA RESORT! My room was next to the spa. What a clean, cozy place! It's located conveniently near lots of great places to eat. There is a nice
laundromat nearby too. My bed was very comfy and the shower and bathtub was lovely with lots of hot water! I spent my mornings in the spa which was wonderful. I had the outdoor hot tub and pool to myself.
The hot tub was bubbling with steaming hot water. I soaked while looking up at the trees and sky above.
Later, I experienced one of the best massages ever! The next day I woke again to go to the spa. This time I enjoyed the sauna and the steam room. After a cup of green tea l had a relaxing facial. I then took a walkwhich was wonderful. I had the outdoor hot tub and pool to myself.
The hot tub was bubbling with steaming hot water. I soaked while looking up at the trees and sky above.
Later, I experienced one of the best massages ever! The next day I woke again to go to the spa. This time I enjoyed the sauna and the steam room. After a cup of green tea l had a relaxing facial. I then took a walk around the grounds,and later returned to my room for a nap. Dinner later was fabulous! I love the intimacy of this one of a kind place where the friendly staff truly pampers! The area is phenominal! Hendersonville and Flat Rock offer fantastic Mountain View's,and all kinds of entertainment!
SKYLARANNA is a CLASS ACT! You will love it!!
