I am incredibly frustrated with my experience using this service. I ordered some WoW decor housing items [1] that were explicitly advertised on their website as having "instant delivery." It has now been over 24 hours, and I still have not received what I paid for.To make matters worse, the system put my order on hold to schedule a "team" or a "pro." This makes absolutely no sense for an automated digital list and code that requires zero in-game assistance or manual setup.I have spent the last 24 hours actively chasing up a simple transaction that should have been automatic. Because they completely failed to deliver on their advertised terms, I am demanding a full refund to my bank account, along with store credit to compensate for the wasted time and awful customer experience. I highly recommend avoiding this service if you expect actual instant delivery.

Currently 16 hours in (there estimated time was 10-15 minutes) requested a cancelation and they keep trying to stop the cancelation then around a hour was told the pro was active and ready but here we are 16 hours later and still no pro with them just saying they will be with you momentarily I have been having more and more bad transitions with them

I purchased a Fortnite account through SkyCoach. Only two days later, the account became unusable.

I contacted SkyCoach several times asking them to help restore access or contact the seller so the necessary account information could be provided.

SkyCoach has now explicitly told me that they will not allow me to contact the seller for this purpose. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly with them, I currently have neither a usable account nor a satisfactory solution.

I have kept the order confirmation and the complete support communication as documentation.

Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend purchasing Fortnite accounts through SkyCoach.

I will update this review if SkyCoach resolves the issue or provides a refund.
