I had many problems with this platform
I had many problems with this platform. I was a seller with them, and after I sent an email explaining all the issues I faced, they suddenly changed my account password. Now I cannot log in anymore, even though I enter the correct password.
I also asked multiple times for password reset links, but nothing ever arrives in my email. I contacted Discord support and website support, but they completely ignored me and gave no real help.
On top of that, I lost $200 that was in my account, and I still cannot access it. This experience feels like they stole my money and abandoned their users. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy service. I do not recommend anyone to use this platform.
