Absolutely useless Customer Service. It took over 30 minutes for somebody to actually answer the phone. Customers are supposed to do all changes online - but their system doesn't allow you to. Hopeless. I can't even cancel my subscription. Terrible company - absolutely NOT recommendable.

The App is not working well. Films, Series are often broken up have bad picture quality and pause whilst transmitting and often take ages to restart. I definitely expected better quality and if my viewing experience does not improve I will be leaving Sky.ch. Until now disappointing
