This really has transformed my daily routine in ways you don’t even think of. I’ve been on the hunt for a water filtration system for a while, I wanted sleek modern appearance with functionality but a reliable system that actually filters and puts back what I want.

Skuma really ticks so many boxes, it looks smart on the counter top, the water tastes top notch and really gives me confidence I’m drinking true, filtered water, infused with real minerals. Decant these into glass bottles and keep in the fridge and it’s the freshest thing ever. Subscription to the mineral packs is super easy and reliable and the customer service is just great. I sent them a WhatsApp with a couple of questions, same day response and really thoughtful, old fashioned customer service.

I recommend this unit to anyone and everyone who takes their health and more importantly their hydration seriously!

UPDATE-repair was carried out or so Skuma claimed. Machine was returned 3 weeks later with fault ( minerals not dispensing) still NOT resolved. Have been in contact with Skuma via email repeatedly since return of machine trying to get issue resolved.
Emails are met with polite fob offs and suggested troubling shooting fixes for me to try ( repeatedly) and promises of calls from the technical team that never come and then the madness starts again!! I have request for the machine to be collected/fixed/replaced/refunded multiple times - all are just ignored

Disgusting customer service!!

Itinial set up had many teething problems. Issues finally settled- great while it lasted. 10 months in and the minerals have stop diffusing. Product is registered and under warrenty, however Customer Services both email and Whatapp are a nightmare. Have asked for a return address so I can post return ( as due to disability require a home courier collection, which Skuma dont seem to offer) I offered to pay for courier myself, just required their return address details- 5 asks later and am being told they will reply shortly. Do they not know their own return address?? Disgusting waste of time, and lack of Customer Support/Service. Its as if they are trying to reneg on their warrenty ( knowing i am unable to use the return label which they provided -as I am unable to get a parcel shop).

I’ve been using my Skuma water filtration system for 2 years now. The water quality is fantastic and the fact that you can add the minerals you need for your own goals, is a great USP - I don’t know any other filters that do that. Skuma are very transparent and have published the results of independent testing on their filtered water to show the contaminants removed. This makes me feel like I am doing the right thing by going to the trouble of filtering my water. It is a process and you do have to throw away waste water regularly - but it is worth it for the knowledge that I am drinking clean water.
The team Skuma are incredibly responsive. I have had the odd issue, which they are keen to resolve and they have even had my machine in for an overhaul once, at their expense. Their response time is alarmingly quick - it makes me think that they don’t have any down time!
I’m looking forward to trying their new My Booster range, which will add the final step to producing the perfect glass of water, fully mineralised and with the addition of electrolytes. I am a big fan of electrolytes, but with botanicals too?! That sounds like a great combo.

Set up is quite confusing the video is helpful but there is no manual included to read / you can find them online but it would be helpful if it said that somewhere on the packaging.
For the price I think the quality of the actual machine is not the best the plastic is thin and the general feeling is not what I would expect for this price point… the water itself is great I like that you can adjust the temperature - I like that you can add minerals to it’s a great feature.
Over all I’d say it’s 8/10 it has some improvements that can be made but it does what it’s meant to !

Had some issues with the product and customer service is slow. We had issues with the machine since the beginning (pump would continue running even when tank is empty - caused by stuck float magnet). Took several days to sort out and eventually received the replacement part. The machine also requires a cold restart (switching off at mains and then on) every now and then as it stops responding. Not sure what else to expect in the long run as we've just had the Skuma for less than 2 months. Also, we have subscribed to the mineral pouches but it is now 9 days since our subscription renewal date and still we have not received the minerals.

Easy to use after a fiddly set up! The hot water and added minerals feature is a big bonus, makes it different and unique to other filters on the market.

Quick setup, luxury feel, easy use, nice clean and tasty water. Would definitely recommend to others.

I had done a lot of research before I purchased my Sküma unit as there are a few on the market. I am so pleased that I chose this one as I love the choice of minerals. The unit is easy to use. Any issues I have had the team including Rohit and Andy were there immediately to solve all my problems. I have had my unit for nearly a year now and my friend has also bought one. This in my opinion is the best unit on the market and the company really care about their customers which is really rare nowadays. I recommend anyone if they care about their health, this is the water filter system is for you. Thank you Rohit for all you have done for me. Going above and beyond.

I really like my skuma. Drinking water is a pleasure now more than before.

6 months using skuma and its honestly amazing. Water taste is still good and good value for money. Haven't touched the usual terrible tap water since. Need to bring out a sparkling water machine!

Being using it for a few days now and noticed a huge improvement in the water quality. I like the option of being able to add minerals back in after the water has been treated.
So far no complaints.

Machine broke twice in 18 months and the company refuses to fix without an additional payment.

Subsequent to the response below there has been no contact with Skuma. And their support referenced below is already in my note above - their support consisted of money to fix their machine that broke twice in a short time period.

Great helpfull customer sevice wouldnt be without it at all great fresh water would recommend to anyone.

I think it's a great device. Honestly was not expecting, for the price to have so many options. We just went to this one because we knew it was high quality and reverse osmosis, but the extra options are great, like hot water, mineral, and the amount.

I can get a reply from their whatsApp customer service number. I am asking why my PH readings are the same with or with out the Bases Mineral added. I need a higher PH level and thought the Minerals did that.

Machine worked well for a couple of years. When it developed a leak, customer service were onto it and I took up their offer of an upgrade. This was a great move. Delighted with improved machine. I have looked at other makes like Aquatru but rate this Skuma as the best for my kitchen.

I haven't found a better counter top alternative to drinking clean water in London and love the fact that you can add healthy minerals and electrolytes to the water after the reverse osmosis. Exctellent customer services (in the many years we've had our Skuma it broke down once or twice but we were supported right away).

Perfect, water tastes so pure and clean, very impressed & I love it ! Still yet too do an infusion but cant wait so 5*'s
