Bought an item which doesn't states anywhere on there own website that it isn't compatible with certain of there own grip cases.
There is 0 mention of this comparability issue anywhere on there website or terms and conditions.
Upon making this aware to customer service is was told that it was "my fault" and the best way to fix the issue was to buy a other one of there cases that are compatible.
Bit annoyed so I requested a return but have been ignored since.
There products are generally fantastic but the customer service is terrible

Skull & Co. has the worst customer service team I’ve ever dealt with. They constantly shift responsibility onto others.
Here’s what happened: About a month ago, I ordered a Switch 2 case. Their website said it would be shipped from a US warehouse, but in reality it was shipped from China. Even after almost a month, the package still hasn’t arrived. The parcel was shipped from China to Canada and then handed over to Canada Post for final delivery. The tracking shows “transferred/delivered,” but I have never seen a Canada Post delivery person, and I’m certain the package is lost.
Despite this, Skull & Co.’s customer service keeps insisting that the parcel was delivered and refuses to resend the item or issue a refund. This is clearly not the customer’s fault, but a problem with the courier. You definitely wouldn’t want to go through the same experience.
On top of that, I’ve heard that their pricing in China is much lower than what they charge elsewhere.

Total scam! My purchase was marked as delivered, but never was. I reported it to my bank. The bank refunded me the money and is going after the company for a full refund. Do NOT buy anything from this company.
Recently ordered 2 docks and 2 grip cases for Steam Deck. The cases have been awesome, they appeared a little flimsy at first, but once they're on they stay put and feel great. One dock had an issue with the cord connecting the core to the deck. Contacted customer service and they replied quickly asking for details and a short video of the issue. Got that sent off and soon they sent me a new cord and dock shell to put the core in, which has worked perfectly. The other dock has had no issues.
I placed an order in early December and on 12/23 it said it was delivered. Nothing was delivered to my apartment. Upon reaching out to them, I found out from the proof of delivery that it was delivered somewhere else - the place that doesn’t remotely match my building. The support team keeps repeating that given this was delivered, they cannot do anything about it.

They Cancelled my order today on Ebay and told me that I was fraudulent. The only thing I can see is that it was 5 days since I purchased their Combo and I emailed them to see when they were going to ship it out as on EBAY it states it was 3 days. I then get these messages for all my orders from them. I am from CANADA and I paid with a Master Card from CANADA. BTW, they can't even spell correctly the word (Automatically) LOL

Terrible customer service. Sent me wrong item and then blamed me for the mistake. Would not accept return or exchange and I will not do business with them again. Buyer beware - should have read these other reviews before ordering.

Skull & Co. engages in extortion and environmentally harmful business practices. They work with an ethically questionable Chinese shipping company that has no qualms about demanding "re-shipping" fees when they feel like it. It was claimed that the shipping address I used was wrong, but after triple checking, I confirmed that it was not.
They claimed that if I did not pay up to get it "re-shipped" they would proceed to destroy the item in the warehouse. This is an incredibly unethical and environmentally harmful business practice. Had I known this in advance, I would never have ordered from them.
When I requested my money back, they said they could only refund the item's sale price and not the original shipping fee that I paid. Luckily, I used PayPal for the payment, and I was able to get refunded in full.
Can't believe there are bad reviews for this site! I have ordered from this company multiple times for accessories for both my old switch and now my new OLED switch and they have been amazing. Not only are their products the best switch cases I have used (and I have tried a few) but they also have shown me amazing Customer service. One of my orders I had accidently ordered the wrong case, I contacted them and they quickly refunded me and put in a new order for the one I wanted. I also recently damaged one of my cases (through fault of my own) and needed a spare part and they happily sent me 2 new spare parts and just charged me shipping! I will continue to use this company and I would recommend you do too and ignore the bad reviews as you wont find many better switch cases!
Ordered the new oled dock when it was on backorder. It was shipped from a warehouse in China but never arrived. When I contacted customer service, they kept telling me to contact the shipping company directly even though Skull & Co should have all the information and shipping insurance. Very unprofessional and doesn't respect the customer at all.
Don't trust the reviews on their website. I left a review there and it never showed up. They definitely filter what shows up.
I bought a switch case from them after seeing all the good reviews and it was loose, covered half the ventilation for the console and the soft tpu had already sagged in transit. Contacted customer support with no solution and they don't publish any reviews under 3 stars on their site. Not an honest company, very dissapointed and will stick with Mumba from now on.
Don't buy from these guys. Did not receive my product. Tried contacting customer service through email and Instagram private messages, and nobody answered. Complete scam.
Didn't receive my order, customer support was basically useless. Had to file a claim through PayPal.
