When they run out of something the new…
When they run out of something the new shipment seems to be less quality. The return policy sucks, because they will exchange anything but you have to pay to send it back, even if the jewary is bad or not right when it come from them.

If we make a mistake which is rare and ship the wrong item we will ALWAYS immediately send out the correct item. Yes, if you order something and decide you to not like it then obviously you need to pay the few dollars to the Post Office to ship the item back to us. As far as quality besides maybe 2 or 3 items out of 12,000+ which we have made small design changes to based on customer feedback every item would be identical now to what we originally was selling 8 and even 9 years ago.

I will not use this company again. I ordered a gift for someone from them THREE years ago (their prices are too high IMO) and I cannot get them to stop contacting me for additional purchases. I unsubscribe from every email and text number, yet they continue to reach out to me by using different phone numbers and emails all the time. Enough is enough Skull Jewelry! STOP CONTACTING ME!!! I will never order from you again because of this! I am highly annoyed they won’t leave me alone, and I do not recommend ordering from them unless you want to deal with this ongoing crap. **ATTN: Skull Jewelry-your reply is not helpful. AS STATED ABOVE, I have unsubscribed from every email and put STOP to every text but then I receive more texts from additional/different numbers and still happen to receive more emails. Therefore, the same problem remains. I don’t want to receive anymore contact from your company period.

Love LOVE the bracelets!
Love LOVE the black leather bracelet and the FD Red Line plastic bracelet.
The leather bracelet is a little larger than I usually wear, but has snaps that allow for comfort without movement on my wrist. So It looks good and feels good even for a ‘seasoned citizen’. The other bracelet is a memorial for my husband ( a 50 year Fire Dept member) of almost 40 years.
Quality items for good price and prompt service as usual. THANK YOU!
