Never Again
I have returned 3 items. Two were rings to exchange for a different size. I kept getting told items were on back order. Been almost a year now.
Third item was a bracelet. Size was NOT accurate in description. Do I get a refund....no, I get a credit. I can't even get what I ordered. Why do I need a credit for stuff I don't need. I paid in USD, I should get my refund in USD.
I've just given up. I lost money by trusting this company. They made money by not delivering something I paid for.

Here was the email you sent us when you received your order "received my ring and chain yesterday, thanks for the quick delivery… After opening the package I quickly realized that the wallet chain was way too heavy, I tried just hanging it from my back pocket to my front belt loop and it’s just way to long and heavy for me. With that said I would like to exchange it for a different chain, please let me know how I need to proceed to get this taken care of."

Now they’re just a’ight….
I’ve been buying rings from them for over 5 years. I have an entire ring box full of skulls and horror film designs.
Then over the last 2 years, quality has really hit the skids. My last ring was their Terminator design and it was the thinnest, lightest ring I’ve ever gotten from them.
It felt like something stamped that you’d buy at a flea market.
Don’t get me wrong…they have great designs. But they’re obviously using less metal in their products and costs have gone up as well.
So I’m not with them anymore.

Sorry you did not like the new design. All of our rings are identical that we have been selling over the last 9 years. We do make large, medium, small and even pinky rings. The terminator ring was meant to be a smaller ring. Please send it back for a refund or exchange for something else.
