Disastrous experience — expired product and failed return pickup

I received a food product (5L olive oil) sold by Alfa Markets S/M with an expired shelf-life. Beyond the complete lack of quality control regarding sellers on their platform, the return process is an absolute joke (I ordered from Romania)
I have been stuck at home for days waiting for the courier, but nobody ever showed up. The app simply postpones the pickup from one day to the next without any real update (it has been 5 days since I requested the return for my order). The "Download AWB" button is non-functional, and direct customer support is practically impossible to reach.
Total lack of respect for customers' time and money. Avoid!

Trust shops

Good online shops with wide range items
Some of them not available in any other conventional stores like Japan made cutters.. Highly recommending this online shops
