Very fast help that offered a quick solution (clear step-by-step description provided) to solve the problem.
Very kind and definitely one of the best customer service I have come across :)

VERY BAD

This is the kind of company who first offers you a free trial period, then tries to make money in hoping that you’ll forget to cancel the subscription. That’s it.

In my case, I did cancel it on time but they still said there was no cancellation. Anyway, a serious company would recognize that you as a customer don’t want to spend money on their service and refund you. But not this one. Obviously I never even used the app for anything. Just browsed through the offering, which was bad and also the reason why I didn’t want a subscription in the first case.

Warning! Stay away from this company!

I love this app!

I love this app, I discovered it by "accident", when a trial opportunity was offered. I intend to use it further, even if I need to pay for it. I appreciate the user friendliness, simplicity. I like browsing the books, it is easy and nice. I like to save some quotes into my phone's notepad (only up to 500 characters, at least sth). I can pause the app for up to 90 days, so I do not have the stress of losing money, when I have a "non-reading period". :) The Skoobe support team is also super sweet in their answers, cooperative and open for feedback. Thanks, Skoobe Team! Great job so far!
