Ordered a dog guard from Skoda direct as I thought they would be able to supply the right one and quickly. Unfortunately I have had no update after one week. So I phoned and was told they do not know when the supplier will supply. They do not even have a number for the supplier to find out. Not the way to run a supply chain at all.
I was told this is the way it is!!!

The part I ordered was unfortunately found to be damaged prior to shipment.
The team at Škoda Parts Direct ordered a replacement from the supplier in mainland Europe.
As soon as it arrived, it was dispatched to me, I also received an email containing tracking information.
I received the item the day after in perfect condition.
I couldn’t be happier with the service I received, and wouldn’t hesitate to order more items from them.
In my experience they are definitely worthy of the five stars I gave.

I was slightly dubious initially about ordering from this retailer at first. But after researching them was reassured. Good communication regarding my order. Tracking information was good. The goods were received in a couple of days.

Great price on genuine skoda yeti headlight dust covers.
The overall price of the 2 plus the postage was less than what I was quoted for 1 non-genuine part from other resources.
Quick delivery, and I had several emails letting me know that my order was being processed and passed onto the delivery company.
Would use again for any parts I may need in the future.

Ordered a Skoda rear lamp holder on Monday, phoned customer service on Tuesday just to make sure it would arrive on time as I had an MOT due on the Friday and it was delivered Wednesday. Could not fault the service, very helpful and friendly.

Ordered skoda rubber mats from them. Haven’t received the order. Got invalid tracking number. Nobody picks up the phone. Looks like bogus site and scam.

I hope i will manage to recover monies from my card insurer.

Glad that I haven’t ordered more from them.
