I am very impressed with the quick reply to my question via email. I had multiple orders that were ordered, I thought it was 2 day shipping, I ordered May 22 and 23 and my packages are estimated to be arriving the 29th, I do understand it was a holiday weekend and a sale so I’m confident they have working very hard to complete orders.
