dreadful website. Kept jumping around with other items. I wanted 6 sun chairs and one minute there was 10% off, then full price, then a problem with the order then back to the start.

I placed my order on 3 May, with expected delivery stated on Sklum's website and in the order confirmation that it should be delivered between 21-25 May.
On 14 May, I got notified from Sklum that my order has been shipped with Dascher. Since then, no updates, nothing at all. Tracking system is useless since it shows nothing besides shipping date. There's no information about anything else at all. I don't know where my order is, I don't know if it's moved by any single bit from the warehouse or not.
I still don't know when it will be delivered, or will it ever be delivered.
Customer service of Sklum in email, call, WhatsApp are also simply useless with 0% response rate. The only way to get their attention/response is actually keep coming back here and expose about them in Trustpilot so they'll be kind enough to give a vague reply. But nothing else. But at least there's a reply so I take it as a win.
You see I'm literally hopeless here if I'm gonna get what I have already paid for.
Anyway, Sklum, this is my official notice for you to know that I have filed an official case against you with the European Customer Centre. I have also sent you a formal letter via email to terminate my purchase and request for a full refund. But no one replies my email, like no one at all. So I'm just here to let you know that my letter has been sent. And I hope you'd respect my right. But am I aiming too high here? Well...

This company was recommended to us and I wish we had read the reviews before ordering! Order placed beginning of April everything shown as in stock. No updates from Sklum then dates originally shown for expected delivery on the items changed when I kept checking.
We’re now approaching the end of May and our furniture still has not arrived. Courier service Tamdis by JP rang 19th May however we were on holiday but arranged delivery for 25th May which we have email confirmation. We are rearranging appointments and literally “hanging around” waiting for this delivery as the items are quite large. Still no delivery or call and trying to contact them is a nightmare, why Sklum use this company is beyond me.
I’m now very concerned that if and when we do receive the items they are damaged or poor standard due to other reviews I’ve since read………trying to return these items is something I would not want to do!!
We have used other furniture companies when we first moved to Spain and everything was fantastic, good lead times, always kept updated, excellent delivery service, no issues at all.
I will never ever use Sklum again for anything and certainly would not recommend them to anyone who asks.

I placed an order for two items on 26 April. At the time of purchase, both items were showing as in stock and available.
One item was eventually delivered on 22 May. The second item was only dispatched on 20 May and, as of 27 May, is still pending at the courier facility.
The latest courier status reads: “NO ENTREGADA O CARGADA POR DIF. RAZONES THERE ARE 1,11 CM TALL”, which appears to suggest that the cargo could not be loaded or delivered due to a height discrepancy.
Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating experience. Their shipping policy may look reassuring, but in practice, it has been very poor and unreliable.

I have not yet recieved my product and that's half the problem. The original estimate for shipping time was 10-12 working days. The product has only just shipped after 17 working days. And it's now saying shipping will take an additional 12-15 working days.
This gives me an estimate of 32 working days for shipping - and who knows if it'll arrive on time. Note, this is a 6kg order (4 lights) that was listed as in stock. And shipping costs a whopping £50.
Never in my life have I paid such an unfair shipping cost. I have complained to customer service and they don't appear interested in helping.
So I can't review if the product is any good, because it's taking approximately 40 working years to arrive. This is not a time frame I would expect for this type of product.
Even if it would be good I'm not planning to order again due to the outrageous shipping cost.

Sending me an email asking how my purchase was when I haven't got it and don't know where it is, is a bit stupid and annoying of you.

Just FYI that I have filed an official complaint to the European Customer Centre as it seems like Sklum will never seriously try to solve any problems at all. They even explicitly asked me to delete my reviews out of Trustpilot, saying that I made more than one review and it doesn't reflect their operations.
Nothing is delivered yet since I made an order on 3 May 2026, no way to track where it is now, and when will it be delivered. Customer service is simply 0% responsive.

I thought Sklum would be a good company to order some furniture from, but now having read these reviews I am very worried. Having experienced some of their "customer service" it appears they only respond to trustpilot reviews. My order VPOKFFGHR was placed weeks ago and originally had a due date of 01/06/2026. Sklum have now emailed me pushing this date back with absolutely no explanation. I have tried contacting them by email and received no response, I have tried their WhatsApp which is a bot that just rebuffs you, I waited on hold on the telephone for 10 minutes to receive an automated recording that stated "all details of your order are available online" and then automatically hung up on me ! I used their website chat facility which is a bot and did not get any useful response.
I'm now concerned that this is just how they operate and I'm concerned if my order will ever turn up. Given I ordered quite a few items for an unfurnished house all of this is very inconvenient.

No idea how this company keeps a reputation I have placed a huge order a month ago for 6 stools and a sofa. I get no updates, delivery links of JP home not working half the time, chatbox useless, no way of contacting an actual human. I manage to finally get a date of delivery for the stools only and it gets cancelled because their “truck has broke down”. It says I ll be contacted for a new delivery date but of course there is no message, no email or link sent to me! And that’s only for the stools. The sofa is still no where to be found.
