I love this company, a small business but great customer service.

The trough itself is excellent quality and I am really pleased with it, it seems very good value for money. My only criticism is the price of the brackets and additional pieces to attach the trough to my railings. They cost nearly as much as the planters themselves. I bought one to see if it was suitable for my balcony and as I need three more it will be a considerable expense.

I love my Skize packages. While I do choose the seeds to be sent I do still look forward to them coming like it is a surprise present. My wife and I have enjoyed planting the seeds, watching the plants grow, and of course, watering and talking to them every day. The plant care tips are useful and the videos that come as part of the subscription are very helpful - Never having been a gardener before I need all the help I can get

Great website and company, like the seed subscription, just it would be nicer if there was not a delay between choosing and receiving the monthly seeds

Exceptional service, including a phone call to check that we were satisfied with our experience, using the website, finding the right product etc.

I have inadvertently ordered 6 times which was quickly picked up by your staff and rectified. If not, this would have meant that I would have paid 6 times as well. This was handled promptly and efficiently and praise goes to the member of staff who assisted me. Product arrived on time and great service.

Great products and fast service, fantastic find on Google search and have now purchased from this company at least 4 times. Will be using again for sure.

It has everything you need and all the information to grow your very own garden from short space to big space. Never knew my balcony can look so amazing!! So glad I found this site and have recommended it to people already. Definitely recommended this website!

This is an excellent company to deal with. The workers are so very very kind and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Great guides for balcony design and gardening if you haven't already transformed your space into a little haven over lockdown! Also, get involved with their balcony community and read/listen to others ideas and experiences.
They have a good online shop, with some interesting products and the customer service is great if you have any queries.

I really enjoy the month by month planting guide and other blogs, as amateur balcony gardener it is super helpful.

Lovely innovative and forward thinking company with great products and ideas, with great staff and fab old fashioned customer care, the type you dont see so often these days but wish you did. Very helpful and knowledgable staff when I phoned re a product for my balcony. five stars from me!
