When it comes to skiing, they know their stuff!

Been using Ski Solutions for a few years now and always found them excellent. They know the resorts well and can advise about restaurants, hotel amenities, location by reference to the slopes. They have good links with hotels and can advise about differing hotels in each particular resort and what will and might not work so well for your specific needs. They can organise lift passes and instructors/ski hire should you need it. I have recommended them to several friends and will continue to do so.

Unethical proposal & uncaring attitude - Winter Park - Tailor made holiday

The Ski Solutions website is the exceptional, well done to the web writer!
All reviews detail, both internal and external, seem to be controlled by their team.
Our initial ski trip proposal, to Winter Park, Denver, was recommended and prepared by James Rivers, the Senior Account Manager (specialist for North America). The proposal actually detailed the Condo room number, and stated Mountain View, however, the room got changed on arrival, so we were allocated a Condo just 2 doors away, on the same corridor, neither Condo had a Mountain View.
We were NOT informed by Ski Solutions that the Condo did not have air conditioning, and all previous accommodations we have had in USA and Canada whilst skiing over the past 31 years had air conditioning.
The Condo room was 77F - 26C on return from skiing, so, the choice, for the duration of the holiday was to either have to sleep in the heat, or have the window open, listening to people’s noise getting drunk, and getting the occasional smell of weed. Not an enjoyable choice and one not stated within our proposal. The Condo bed sheets were blood stained, and bath was cracked, all reported back to the company.
The local provision arrangements on the hill was dire. No fresh provisions, no fresh meat, and at times no fresh milk. We complained upon our return, and Murray Dee, (Head of Client Service) suggested that we should have taken the free shuttle bus, to the nearby town to get provisions. Cutting into our ski time.
James Rivers said he had travelled there in March 2025. Despite this, he was quite happy to sell this to us, didn’t mention the lack of provisions, or air-con issues at Fraser Crossing.
We would never have taken this holiday if these facts had been openly disclosed to us.
Despite being members of ABTA, Kate Tattersall, a Client Services Executive for Ski Solutions confirmed via an email communication, that they don’t hold a Complaints Form, and all will be investigated by their internal team.
I wrote a letter of complaint to Murray Dee on my return, requesting him to contact me to discuss. He didn’t call, but wrote back, within the 4 week ABTA time scale, apologising for our disappointment and seemed to blame everything on us for not asking for the detail, I asked him to get in touch again, and he just didn’t bother.
The issue of disclosure is clearly their responsibility of the travel company, under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.
We would never use this company again and are in communication with ABTA regarding their lack of compliance and adherence to professional standards
This was a tailor-made holiday, so beware.

Great experience

The agent I dealt with was very knowledgable and knew all about the resort I was interested in. The booking process very easy and stress free. I highly recommend them.

Great service from start to finish

Great service from start to finish. Easy to book, kept upto speed with tickets and ski hire options and great in-resort rep. Very quick transfers to the mountains. So good we have just used them again to book for 2027!

Really quick turnaround and great service

Really quick turnaround. Contacted SkiSolutions with all our information and Ewan was able to present us with w good selection of various resorts and holiday options. Every detail of the holiday is ideal - flight times, airport details, hotel requirements, location etc. We felt that Ewan provided his personal experience and expertise to help us chose the right location and we feel thoroughly prepared for our holiday, receiving thorough information ahead of our departure. We have also been supported with booking ski lessons. All in all the team have been very attentive and we have felt like the booking process has been a breeze thanks to Skisolutions

I have booked several Skiing holidays…

I have booked several Skiing holidays through Ski Solutions and have found the team to be friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. A great choice of accommodation and resorts and information is up to date.
Highly recommend using them if you’re considering a trip.

Super Ski Holiday Advice

James at Ski Solutions identified the best resort and hotel that would suit our family and we were absolutely delighted with the outcome. Hotel Baer at Serfaus was perfect for our party of grandparents, parents and small children. We had such a great time we have already booked for 2027.

Great operator for building family ski holidays!

Sophie at Ski Solutions has been our contact for 3 family holidays now and we have enjoyed her recommendations and knowledge of the ski areas and accommodation provided. Client Services are quick to respond and confirm any details that need confirming closer to the holiday’s date.

Superb Service provided

Speaking with an old skiing friend he was going skiing so I felt that I would have to join him. Within 24 hours Ross @ Ski solutions had arranged a holiday for two more skiers in Obergurgl to leave 7 days later. He gave other options and the perfect as it was in the same hotel. After further research he came back to me with another flight which saved £500. Thanks again Ski Solutions for the Gott Hard hotel together with a great resort, giving many memories

Ski Solutions stole money from me.

Money for the hotel deposit was deliberately stolen from my account meaning I had paid twice.
Despite getting on for a year of emailing to to hotel who haven't replied at all ( not surprising) and to Ski Solutions- Ski solutions customer care is quite horrific. They have done nothing other than email me a lot of waffle and now have refused to do anything more.
Its theft, It was deliberate, and they are attempting a cover up. They are dishonest not to be trusted with your money.
