Skip is the WORST delivery service going. Almost every single order I have had has missing items or items I never ordered. Skip has now said that I have had to many refund requests and has banned me from any future refunds. If the restaurants would educate themselves and actually get the orders correct than customers would not have to request so many refunds. Customer service agents are so very rude and ignorant. A lawsuit should be filed against Skip the Dishes for everything. DO NOT use this app unless you want pure resentment, frustration, poor service and tons of lost money.

Reviews repeatedly take over 1 hour and a half to deliver, and they never offer proper compensation. If you want slow cold food, this is your go to place.

Terrible service
Terrible service, didnt receive order, contacted asap, they told me i asked for a pickup order....1st off is that a thing...why would someone order thru skip and pay fees for an order you call directly for less...anyhow, I updated my address before placing the order in the system,then they had said i asked for pickup....i asked for a refund...nothing...i reached out again, asked for my money to be returned, no our system wont allow that....its funny the system had no problem taking my money...out of frustration,I ended up placing the same order thru Uber eats, and it was less $ .....
Website switches to the wrong delivery address.
Their website adds a location address which is not yours. When you indicate your address with your order their website changes it to the added address which is supposed to be your address.
This time my order address was switched to the wrong one. Last time my order went to the wrong address that was closed, the delivery person phoned me for my address and delivered my order.
This time I am $100.00 out of pocket. Waiting for Skip to respond.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. We ordered from a restaurant we visit and the food is always nice, however, very poor quality through Skip the Dishes. When we requested a refund, their customer service advised us that a refund “is not in your policy” and they would not share any detail about “the policy”.

If there was a zero I would pick that, because the driver was horrible. He dropped our supper off without ringing the doorbell or knocking on the door. Plus, we selected handoff, and he left it on our cold porch in the snow and we didn’t know he dropped it off. I noticed he dropped off other orders before he came to our house, had I known that I wouldn’t have ordered because our food was cold. never again!
Order #734366605 – Missing Items and Poor Food Quality
My order was delivered by Skip with a missing item (Hummus & Pita), and the quality of the remaining food was unacceptable. The garlic potatoes and falafel balls appeared to have been prepared well in advance, reheated, and packed only after the order was placed. The food was stale and not freshly prepared.
The restaurant (Beirut Express) does not provide a direct contact number, leaving no way to resolve the issue with them directly. I reported the problem to Skip support, but no corrective action was taken. I was simply asked to accept the situation.
I requested either freshly prepared replacement food with the stale items returned, or a full refund. Neither option was supported.
This experience reflects poorly on both the restaurant and the Skip platform. Delivering missing items and reheated food, then refusing to resolve the issue, is unacceptable and unfair to customers.

What a horrible company, I will never use them again. Some sort of system error or glitch caused my son’s order to be ordered a total of 4 times. He ordered once, but received and was charged for 4 orders. Does this not raise some sort of flag with Skip the Dishes?? This isn’t a normal thing people do! So, I helped my son with reaching out to customer service. Customer service CAN’T possibly be human.. if they are, they are the most idiotic people I have ever spoken to. We were acknowledged by customer support and told to wait while they reviewed his account. We then waited 15 mins before having to ask if someone was still there. 5 minutes later we were told they needed more time to review (20 full minutes without an update, nothing!). Then about 3 mins later, they simply stated “Happy to be of assistance. Is there anything else I can help you with today?”…… uhhh yes, our original inquiry hasn’t been answered. After that they provided zero information and essentially stated that what we claimed is impossible and to report it as fraud to the bank. Fraud?! By who?! Skip!! Absolute thieves and a garbage company.

Wish I came here before the frustration that I endured dealing with their incompetent aggressive and arrogant support personnel offshore wrong order delivered chatting as the only option to resolve it final resolution wait for your money 5-10 business days no courtesy except the pre registered we are sorry for the inconvenience BS how is this company still allowed to operate in Canada is beyond me, helped their drivers so many times that speak no English to find house # in condo settings overall a disastrous experience

Ordered twice from Skip, the first order took eons to get here, and with the second order, the driver did not cross reference the order, and bring it to the businesses attention, and failed to include two bottles of pop I ordered. Upon inspection of the store's receipt, the pops were not even included in my order. Whereas, my Skip order receipt shows two 500ml bottles of pop, which costed $8. I was refunded for one.
Just avoid this service, it's as inconsistent as ever. The drivers are clueless morons with no customer service skills.

I literally only have the app still because people keep buying me skip gift cards, I'm gonna tell everyone to stop cus Skip is a waste of money, tried to order food yesterday trying to use a $25 gift card I redeemed yesterday, they blacklisted me for 24 hours, I tried to order that food again today and they raised the price by $7 so now I can't get what I wanted, got something smaller just so I can use the credits and then delete my account. Support couldn't answer why my payment method was flagged and instead just said they'd forward my issue to someone else, my entire issue is Skip the Dishes in general, they block you from ordering if you report your order being wrong, and yes that's from personal experience, reporting things missing from my orders, wrong items being sent to me, allergy requirements when ordering for myself and friends not being met, each of those scenarios ended up with me being blocked from using the app for a few weeks at a time, if anyone's reading this and actually wants a decent food delivery service please use DoorDash or UberEats, DoorDash still has the issue of not believing you when you report things being wrong with your orders but at least it'll show up and not get you banned, and UberEats has so many BOGO deals that it's just clearly better than Skip

I wanted a full refund, I was only offered 50% but has not been applied or gotten back to me. Extremely dissatisfied with their ser vice will not be using them again. Do not join skip the dishes. Do not click on any advertisement in your email. If you say your interested it will automatically set up membership on your account and charge you every month without your authorization without your knowledge without you setting up a membership. A month later it takes money out of your account. And you will find out that you have and account. You cancel and they do not refund and they get at least one month from us and possibly years from others who don't check their credit card charges. I absolutely hate this. All these scams on the internet.

Out of all the food delivery apps, they’re the worst. They will outright steal from you and there is nobody you can talk to about it. My case should have been a straightforward case. Very simple. Don’t spend your money because if they mess up, you will not get it back.
