Really easy to use, uploaded all receipts via the app then went to the desk for the tax place and they scanned it, really helpful and money into the account the next day

Used Skip tax for Disney paris. Was easy to use as long as you follow all the steps when setting account up. Didn't use for other purchases so cannot comment on that part. Scanning machine at Terminal 3 CDG was easy and quick

It just works. Received my refund in a day. Generating barcode and having it scanned is easy. You just have to accept and follow its exact instructions (scanning passport, taking selfie etc.)

We mainly bought in Disney Paris so it's very easy and straightforward.

SkipTax is fab! Especially if flying from CDG after visiting Disneyland Paris. Flew home at 22:00 so validated form just before, money was in my account by the time I woke up the next morning. So easy to use and well worth it.

Everything was very straightforward. Good information for sellers creating the invoice. Easy to upload and verify invoices. Quick turnaround in generating barcode which was accepted first time by the Pablo terminal at Calais ferryport. Refund received in account withon 48 hours. Will use again.

As long as you have the right receipts the app is really easy to use and a very straight forward process.

I luckily read about SkipTax half way through our Disneyland Paris holiday. It was very easy and straightforward to do. Downloaded the app. Scanned receipts. Remember to ask for SkipTax receipts outside Disney, at the Lego store for example. On leaving Disney I requested a barcode. Found the machines at Le Shuttle and scanned the barcode. All done and very easy. I got £114 back. All for a couple of minutes work.

So easy to do, download the app, upload your details, scan your receipts, on the way back go to the kiosks, had my refund the next day

Extremely happy with Skiptax, the process was very easy.

Loved the concept, until the app didn't generate my barcode for a whole day and the support was offline unable to help.
Easy to use app, but on my return day the app glitched (apparently i wasn't the first person complaining about it as told by the French customs) and the support was offline, so i virtually lost 75 euro of tax back.
Code generated 7hours later, when i was already in the UK..
Almost a week later, i still haven't got any response from customer support although i know they'd be unable to do much about the money itself, but at least an apology or an explanation on why the glitch happened would have been more professional than radio silence...
I might try to use the app again next time but will try to generate my code a day BEFORE travelling back home

Easy to set up, easy to upload invoices and easy to finalise the whole thing. My receipts were checked at customs but it was very quick and easy and I would definitely recommend to anyone. I managed to get back just under £100 after spending approx 900 euros

Very easy to do whilst away and great to get a little bit of money back on our shopping
