Smooth process in getting our refunds done.

Very easy to do. All the shopkeepers gave stamped receipts, and we were able to scan the bar codes at the port.
The tax arrived in our account the next morning.

The whole process for refunding my tax was easy straightforward and fast. The app was the best way to process the claim. Thank you.

This is the second time I have used SkipTax. Very straightforward. Simply upload your receipts(which must total at least €100) and when you have finished shopping,before leaving for the airport, generate a bar code that you simply scan at the Detaxe machine. My refund came through this time in less than 24 hrs! You get 12% tax back. The exchange rate for conversion of my € refund was done at 1.20. Some companies give 1.30 so still good which gives you less £. Just make sure to have the goods with you in your hand luggage, new and tags still attached in case they need to be inspected. Mine haven’t but were low value items. Easy to use. Very happy 😊

Used this app several times when visiting France. I have also recommended it to several friends. It is simplicity itself and could not be easier to use. Anyone making any purchases in France who doesn’t use it evidently has too much money!

This was a semi simple process only problem is took few attempts as certain receipts from disney it doesn't like but once u get through eurostar lille dedicated area for skip taz staff friendly and took no tome at all

This was as easy and efficient as it could've been. Download the app fill out the details. Scan receipts. Job done. Money was refunded to me the following day.

Really easy to use , had to submit 2 selfies as cost wasn’t good enough but overall once set up so easy to use. Scanned my receipt in and scanned the generated barcode at the airport and it was all sorted. Got the refund in under 24 hrs

After a stay at Disneyland Paris, it was very straightforward to add receipts to SkipTax; would recommend doing it as you go, as you have to add/verify one at a time. The process was validated and refund paid into may account very quickly; the money arriving within 24 hours of departing France. Just have to remember to find the scanners at the airport, but once you do it was very easy, and fairly close to the departures.

Had refund in less than 24hrs! Can’t fault it! Just wish every shop in France was set up to do SkipTax! All Disney receipts were added to refund but everything we bought elsewhere we didn’t get refund as they wouldn’t do receipt with SkipTax on

SkipTax App is very easy to use, terminal at CDG airport easily found, issue with scanner but sorted at the kiosk, refund of tax the day after applying.

Will definetly use going forward on my Disney trips!

A very easy way to save the tax, made simple by the App. I use it all the time.

Just done another Skiptax submission and the money was paid into my bank account within 24hrs. Excellent service, we always let the guys at Calais Wines do the fiddly bits which they're expert at now, leaving me to just scan a barcode at the Pablo terminal. Simples.

Whilst the initial set up took a while and was a bit of a faff. The refund came through and now I know the process it will definitely be easier next time.
Bought the goods and did the refund process yesterday, today the refund is in the bank.
Result!
