Do not trust this company

The company didn't disclose that UK customers have to pay UK VAT and an extra customs clearance charge and they did not reduce their price by the French VAT.

The skis themselves are badly damaged on the top surface and do not match the pictures on the website.

The bases seem good

Good value equipment, but poor workshop quality and shipping.

Overall, I am satisfied with the skis. For a used set, they represent good value for the money. However, there are a few significant issues to note:

Maintenance Quality: While the skis arrived waxed and sharpened, the sharpening was done carelessly. There are small scratches and minor damage along the sides of the skis resulting from the tools used.

Binding Setup: Despite selecting the option to have the bindings adjusted to my specific size and requirements, this service was not performed. The bindings arrived set to two completely different sizes, meaning the service I requested was ignored.

Delivery (Carrier Issue): The shipping process was unacceptable. The package sat in a French warehouse for two weeks without movement. When it finally arrived, the box was destroyed and the documentation was lost. While this is a courier issue, it significantly impacted the experience.

Worst company I have ever used

Worst company I have ever used. I bought a set of ski's after reading the whole website where specifically says all products undergo inspection and servicing. Turned up and the binding was broken which meant they were un-usable. This meant I had to rent ski's at more cost to me after already paying to fly mine out. I reach out the Skioccas and asked to return them for a refund that I would then put to another set of skis from there website. Skioccas refused this offer and refused to.refund me so now after paying for skis that dont work, paying for them to fly out and then rent skis I am left out of pocket. I will never use this company again and advise everyone else now to.

I bought used ski's which should have a…

I bought used ski's which should have a grade 1 (which would be the best second hand ski's). The ski's were terrible. Damaged at all sides.
My boots were too small so I asked to ship them back and order new ones. They don't react to my email. Nevertheless if you use another email asking to buy something they do react.
It's not a shop it's a criminal organization!

I bought a used skis

I bought a used skis, the condition it arrived was very poor, much worst that in the pictures. I asked for return and was told that DPD would pick it up in my place. No DPD agent appeared and when I called them, I was informed that there was o return process… very difficult to get contact with customer support and when they responded there was no clear instructions about the return process. Seems they don’t want to take it back, even with the clear advertising that I would have 14 days to return the item
