I received my led face mask in December & it stopped working in April. I’ve spent since then trying to get an outcome with the Auckland branch but have had nothing but terrible customer service.

I’m still waiting for a replacement or a refund or an apology.

Do not buy!!

I had an amazing experience with the treatment and staff at Skinsmiths Belgravia. Everyone was very kind specially Despoina. I fully recommend this clinic.

The staff always care about your individual needs and the service is amazing. Been going here for over a year now and have never had a single bad experience

I love the ethos, morals and values of this company as a whole. The team at Clapham South are friendly and for anyone wondering whether a membership is worth it, it is if you are consistent (although you may need to keep on top of this yourself as you're not always contacted to book in when you're due for an appointment which would be my only small qualm!). Treatments are tailored to you and you'll always be met with a personalised service from a friendly and knowledgeable team in beautiful surroundings. Invest in your skin.

Saw a sponsored post by Skinsmiths on instagram and it brought back memories of my horrifying experience with them earlier in the year.

I cancelled my membership due to way the clinic I attended was managed. Called head office to cancel my membership, which they did with immediate effect and shortly after I received an email confirming the cancellation. I also received an email from the clinic who also confirmed the cancellation of my membership.

Months later I received a letter in the post from a debt collection agency telling me that I owed Skinsmiths money. I found it disgusting that this company's first action is to go straight to a debt collector rather than contact their former customer first to discuss their account.

This caused emotional distress and it was very upsetting that this company would use bullying tactics to reclaim an alleged debt worth less than £100. Had this had gone any further I would have felt ashamed and embarrassed with bailiffs knocking at my door and appearing on Channel 5 Can't Pay We'll Take It Away.

But seriously, this isn't how a company should behave just because you want to cancel a membership.

Very welcoming and professional staff at Hanwell clinic. Soo happy with my facial treatments with HEMA she is fantastic always listens and advises well on what suits my skin. Always a pleasure to attend the clinic :)

I have been to skinsmith Hanwell and would recommend people to visit there for any skin issues. The service provided is amazing and staff is friendly and welcoming. I had got the laser treatment for my face for the first time and it went well. I am happy to visit again for the treatment and make the best use oof it as I signed up for the membership as well. The way they take care of their clients is absolutely fantastic.

My skin has never been so great before - it's such an incredible feeling which gives me a lot of confidence. I am always looking forward to each appointment. All ladies at Skinsmiths Hanwell are so lovely, but Iulia is my favourite!

I had a consultation and facial at the Liverpool Street branch. April was so knowledgable, thorough, and recommended some changes to my skincare routine without forcing the sales of their own products which I really appreciated. My skin has been SO MUCH better and can’t recommend it enough. I’m not able to financially afford the membership but the one-off facials are perfect for me.

I have a Skinsmiths membership at the Wimbledon Village salon and have noticed a really positive difference in my skin. The treatments are amazing and technicians are always able to recommend products if I have any issues which seems to solve the problem every time. They really are experts in their field and you can tell they love making a difference to their clients skin and confidence. I originally only signed up in the run up to my wedding but have kept it going since as it’s so great.

I have had two facials at Skinsmiths and am on a skin membership. My skin is quite bad so am excited to see the longer term results. I have seen good results after the first two treatments.

I have seen a significant improvement in my skin with a combination of regular facial treatments as well as utilising the products at home. The subscription model is convenient and offers great value and the team in Wimbledon Village are always welcoming, friendly and knowledgable. I look forward to going in for my treatments every month. Highly recommend!

My Skinsmiths experience is beyond great, from the staff to the actual results of my sessions. I love how they took care of my needs and they’ve always been so accommodating. At first I didn’t expect immediate results because I’ve already tried a different clinic before and made no difference but with Skinsmiths, even just on my first/second session I’ve already seen results. This just shows how effective their treatments are. I’m so happy that I accidentally stumbled on this clinic while looking at my feed because I got the best service and results from them. The way they take care of their clients is absolutely fantastic.

I've had a Skin Smith's membership for 18 months now and it is a simple and easy way to ensure all my treatments are spaced out appropriately and I always enjoy my visits. Very professional.

This is the by far one of the best places on Earth for me. I feel stress free as soon as I walk into the clinic. I’ve tried different treatments there. The facials are second to none. Results are beyond amazing. I never knew I could have such good skin. I did those in the Wimbledon Village Clinic. I tried Botox with Annie in Victoria clinic and she is fantastic. Now doing laser hair removal treatments and can’t wait to see the results. Tiziana in Wimbledon Village is so sweet and makes you feel at ease instantly.
I seriously cannot rate Skinsmiths highly enough.
I also want to say that the skin products they sell are AMAZING. You get them a discounted rate if you are a member. They are really good and have no smell, which is great. Love them.
