While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Disheartened with their return policy. Only stating 60-day money back satisfaction guarantee. There isn't any effort toward satisfaction after a call where they try and talk you into keeping the product and multiple emails to find out that you will have to box, and ship the product back at your own expense.
I ordered the SRI DRYQ hairdryer and while I was disappointed in the performance of the hairdryer, I felt the customer service was fair and good. Email
communications were timely and clear on the return process. I did have to send an email stating that I had not received the refund in their promised 7 to 10 business days, but following the email, the refund was issued the same day.
I have the SRI flat iron with infrared light and it’s worked well for me for approximately five years.
I received the DryQ hair dryer as a Christmas gift (12/25/23). It was great at first…lightweight, good airflow, folds for travel, and hair doesn’t get trapped in vent. I started noticing a change in my hair texture. Towards the end of Feb, my hair was extremely dry, breaking, falling out, and my scalp had developed small bumps & sores. There was no change in nutrition, products, or routine other than this new hair dryer. I stopped using the dryer for 1 week and noticed a dramatic improvement in hair texture & quality. I emailed SRI, 3/8/24, requesting a refund and was denied due to exceeding the 60-day refund window. I emailed 3/13/24, explaining the situation and physical damage the dryer had caused. I got a response, 3/16/24, outlining expert hair tips for using the dryer. These “tips” were basic hair care tips, all of which I already do. After emailing again, I received a response, 3/23/24, notifying me that they would issue a discount of $24.87 (out of $248.70 paid for the product) and I could “use it for someone special”. I wouldn’t recommend this company or these products to anyone, much less someone special. The DryQ causes physical damage, and I’m urging the company to reconsider a full refund due to such circumstances.
