They are okay, the taste is nice (I've tried the strawberry ones) but haven't noticed anything different in my appetite or weight, I have been taking 2-3 a day for the past week with 200ml of water like it said and then I've been drinking another 1-2 glasses after, as it's a guessing game because it just says drink plenty after taking doesn't say how much you should have.

I actually like skinny sprinkles, I don't drink 3 a day though, they do make you errmm "regular" & fill you up. I find them on offers & buy them that way so I'm not paying loads for them. They are expensive so only 4 stars. They do taste nice - both flavours.

I've been using skinny sprinkles since August. I was 12st 5 when I started, I am now 10st 7! In 2 months I've lost almost 2stone, it reduces your appetite. I went away on holiday for a week, had a week off. Ate what I liked, didn't drink the sprinkles. I put 2lb on then got straight on it when I got back and lost 3lb in a week! Would recommend!

This product is really good and really works. I note there are some reviews stating that these will not make you lose weight as to lose weight you need to be in a calorie deficit. But that's the point! These sachets work really well at limiting your hunger so you can stick to a low calorie diet. They contain Glucomannan which is scientifically proven to expand in your stomach reducing your appetite. I've replaced my banana before my workout and my after lunch snack with a sachet of strawberry kinny sprinkles blended with 200ml alpro coconut milk (40cals and high in protein and calcium). It's like a tasty milkshake that is super filling but only 50cals. Keeps me full between meals even when I'm eating low calorie.

Very simple - reduced appetite=likely to eat less=calorie deficit = weight loss

The caffeine is also good for a boost so you get the most out of your workouts.

Also for people who say they are still hungry/running to the toilet - that's because you're not drinking enough water when consuming them. Glucomannan requires water to work, so you I'd drink a big glass of water after drinking it as well. The effects of glucomannan are well established by scientific research so I highly doubt it's not working at all.

Update on this: I lost nearly half a stone in time for my wedding (2 months after the date of this review) and felt incredible! I use this any time I need to trim down. Anyone who says this doesn't work, I'm sorry but you simply weren't using this properly.

I and my partner both lost two stones in a relatively short period of time - (3 months)-. We had a break - both maintained the weight loss and are now back on skinny sprinkles to lose the rest of our weight - they really do work - I was a compulsive snacker - more so working from home and I do not even think of snacking on junk food when I take them - which is important as I am diabetic. Nothing has worked for me in decades - not even a personal trainer ! but these really do - thank you skinny sprinkles!

I have only used these for a week and I’ve lost 8 pounds ! They really work - I have tried haphazardly for years a d years to lose weight ( I was 17 and a half stone ) - and nothing has worked so I’ve never been motivated. Now I am. Thank you skinny sprinkles you’ve given me hope ! X

I am loving using Skinny Sprinkles.... I eat nutritious meals after my sprinkles and the weight is falling off.... woohooo to 2021 weight-loss. I wish I found these sooner.

Skinny Sprinkles suppressed my appetite and I was able to eat less with little trouble.

I'm not saying they don't work... I just had alot of abdominal pain whilst taking them for 4 days so had to discontinue taking them...
