I really appreciated Joice’s professionalism and efficiency in handling my concern and was very impressed by her. She was cordial and immediately signed me up with an appointment with the clinical team today, so I’m assured I’ll receive the guidance I’m seeking in a prompt manner.

We spoke twice. I emailed and said to hold my shipment when i recieved the email saying it was shipping out. There was no clear link to say, im out of town can you hold it? I just replied and sent it. It should be that simple. The ship[ment went out and arrived at my home 3 days before I flew back in to my home state. Florida! Which is very hot! The shipment was spoiled and not consumed. I believe i fist spoke to her last week saying I was going out of town this FRIDAY and please send out a replacement shipment asap. I recieved a phone call from her today and she told me they were review my dosage request but did not address my replacement shipment. It’s been like two weeks! And the last (not the spoiled one-that went directly in the trash) shipment was half the dose.

I signed up in January to start my weight loss Journey. I have struggled with my weight and it fluctuates all the time. I have had some luck with pills in the past, supplements, otc options from GNC was hopeful the tirzepatide from SkinnyRX would work.
First the pills looked nothing like advertised. I’ve seen now that that they have recently updated photos. It’s a white circular pill could be a sugar pill for all I know. You take the pill, insert it under your tongue or in between your cheek (not sure which one is accurate when you see what’s on the website vs the directions that come with your prescription) You’re re not supposed to eat or drink for the next hour, you won’t want to because this pill takes about 45 mins to an hour to dissolve, which was also misleading. I took this pill and progressively upped my dosage as instructed. I felt no changes whatsoever. My appetite was higher, I was not feeling full they said that was common. Kept at it despite the lack of results. Got up to my highest dosage allowed and still no results, not even aside effect. After talking with customer service they wanted me to switch to injections and wanted me to pay even more money and offered me a 10% off discount…..I declined. 4 months in, I have gained 15 pounds and lost almost $2,000 dollars. This company is the worst.

If you want to be charged and denied cancelation after one year- good luck. They do not communicate a renewal, they automatically charge you and will not cancel. I would definitely say don’t do it!
