Can confirm rubbish service and products! Gummies came didn’t work tried to cancel subscription nothing then another subscription got charged still not cancelled going through credit card. Nothing but hard work! Don’t bother

This company is a scam! I have ordered acv gummies and my order never arrive. Their website said 7 days delivery however it has been 4 weeks and my order has not arrive. I contacted the customer service and they said they will send a replacement order however did not arrive as well. Do not order from this company skinny mint.

I had my ordered delivered in march worth over £200 from which two items are out of date when I contacted them through instagram as they don’t have no email address to message, the response I got was it’s not out of date the date is in American format yet all the other items are formatted in the uk. I asked for the items to be replaced as I don’t feel comfortable drinking something out of date and they never got back to me.

So I would say do not order from them they don’t check the dates when sending the items as I have dates where it’s not possible to finish the items when u buy it in bulk.

Absolutely disgusted with the response and the lack of customer support and service

Side effects are shocking bad reactions blisters tummy cramps ended in a&e still on going awful experience totally rip off now on loads of antibiotics and antihistamines

I received my package in Australia. I’ve lost 1.5 kilos in 3 days. And had not been able to lose weight prior to that. The boosts are really sweet but I skill them down quickly. Tea and gummies are lovely. And because I paid for this, it’s more of an incentive to lose weight.

My order was never shipped. After contacting the company they they shipped the order. 7 weeks later it arrived and was incorrect. Made contact again and was told the correct items would be shipped. Still waiting. Have asked for a refund twice which has been refused. Don’t not use this company.

Was looking to purchase my 5th time from them and searched on google for them and found this page and was intrigued by the negative reviews. I have been buying from them regularly and have had no issues at all. Not sure what people are complaining about. I love the products and am a regular user of the collagen gummies as well as the teatox. Keeps my metabolism up and skin radiant.

Ordered 2 months ago, there was no message on website that the stock was not available. Not been able to get a clear delivery date, just excuses (shipping delay). I spent a lot of money and do not recommend them

Ordered 4 weeks ago. Still have not received it. Customer service said they were trying to track down my parcel and they would get back to me but of course no word from them it’s been 2 weeks since I spoke to customer service. DO NOT ORDER!

My wife and I have been ordering detox tea from skinnymint for several years now and absolutely love them. Unfortunately this last shipment had some teabags that were coming unsealed. I sent them an email with a couple of photos and they emailed me back the same day and processed a replacement order with an apology. It’s pretty rare to get service like that anymore. 10/10 recommend for a great product and customer service!

Order came quickly and worked amazingly!! I have had a lot of problems in the past with cravings, I usually eat a lot and mostly bad things. I only ordered the hunger buster gummies and that’s all that I needed. It straight away aleviates my cravings and allows me to choose a healthier smaller diet. This is the only time I have even been tempted to write a review because I am truly impressed by the results. If you have troubles controlling cravings and portion sizes these gummies really make a massive difference, of course everyone is different but for me the results really were astounding.

I placed an order on April 23rd 2020 and was super excited to receive it. I got a tracking number and was waiting for the package, however, every time I checked the shipment status it showed no change. I contacted customer service and they were very quick to respond. They explained that the shipment is late because of COVID-19. Waited another two weeks and nothing happened. Contacted customer service again and they responded with an apology and said they will refund my money. A week later I got my refund. To be honest, I did not think that they will, however i was surprised at how professional customer service was and the speed of the refund. Although its a shame a didn't get my order, Im grateful for the quality of the customer service.

Teatox set I bought worked really well first time consuming. So I bought more but it didn't work like the first time. Like, my body gets used to it already so it didn't do much anymore. I tried to purchase the new green tea product but the company changed their shipping method. It costs a lot to ship to Ireland which is a shame. I would have bought it if it's not because of the shipping cost.

Absolutely love this product the coffee works great.

I love these products, I am feeling fuller longer and have seen a difference in my appearance already!
