I had not received my refund and Amauche from the Skinnydip Customer Service Team was amazing in assisting me with my refund.

I received my new phone case and when I opened the packaging I noticed a few marks, I was very disappointed. I emailed customer service and they got back to me very promptly. Amauche was on the ball at every stage. They offered me a few options and I settled on partial refund, which Amauche sorted out very quickly. I will definitely be ordering more phone cases from them in the future, their customer service is fantastic.

I absolutely cannot fault the customer service I received from Poppie. I ordered two sweatshirts in the same size and they fit differently. She went above and beyond to get this sorted quickly for me and was so friendly. Emails were always responded to quickly and within minutes of me showing that I’d returned the sweatshirt a new one was sent out for me at no extra cost to replace the issue. Not only this but the quality of the sweatshirts are so thick, warm and lovely. Would definitely purchase without hesitation again. Items come quickly in the post too and discounts are often available.

I have previously bought cases from here before and never had any issues. However this time I did encounter one but upon emailing the customer service team everything was resolved in an instance. I was offered a replacement for the product that was damaged and Poppie the customer service rep was amazing. She was nothing but a fantastic help, polite and dealt with everything with such professionalism.

Sidenote: the product quality here is usually great and I will definitely be coming back : )

I ordered two phonecases on March. It's been 3 months and the tracking number doesn't work anymore and have no answer or solutions. I asked for my money back but they tell me only when I receive the product I can ask for a return
Terrible experience

My first time ordering from Skinnydip and the two phone cases I ordered came faulty. One was completely misprinted and the other had a large scratch on it. I emailed customer service immediately and Poppie got back to me the next day and gave me a 25% refund for the case that was scratched as I had to keep it due to having no other cases. Poppie also immediately ordered a replacement for my misprinted case. She was friendly and professional and her help was much appreciated. Thanks, Poppie!

I will still be ordering from Skinnydip however as the cases are very good quality and help to protect my phone well! I'm also extremely pleased with the customer service that I received!

I returned 2 sweatshirts that were too big. After 10 days I contacted customer services to see where my refund was. Dani dealt with my case very quickly and effectively. I was refunded straight away.

I love skinny dip London cases, for the first time I was sent the wrong case by mistake. I contacted customer support about this and Amauche was assigned to my case. Amauche quickly investigated the issue and got the correct case sent out to me the same day.

Bought a backpack as a Xmas pressie for my granddaughter (Order #2362478). One of the straps gave way after only a few times on her back so as this was clearly a manufacturing fault I asked if a repair or replacement was possible. Alessia from the customer services team was on the case seemingly as soon as my email was received. Within half an hour I had the option of another bag (the old one being out of stock by now) or a gift card. My granddaughter asked for the gift card and Poppie from customer services was also fast on replying to our request and all is now sorted. Service like this is no longer the norm so Skinnydip is certainly a company that I, and the rest of my family, will be ordering from again. Thanks to you all!

I bought one of the phone charms from a 3rd party and within a few days it had completely lost its colour and just looked crap.

I got in contact with the customer service team on WhatsApp where Poppie was in contact with me and was extremely helpful with fast responses I was asked for photos of the product which I provided and I was asked to choose a replacement due to my one being out of stock. My replacement is now on the way after only contacting them 2 days ago.

I made the mistake of quickly ordering at Gift Voucher, without signing into my account, and making a note of the order number etc. Of course then I couldn't find my confirmation email, so was at a loss of what could be done. I contacted customer service and explained the situation, gave them both of the email addresses it may have been listed under, and the date payment was made. After a couple days of questions / answers, my order was found, and re - sent to me (via email), which thankfully arrived safely! That will teach me, but so glad the company was proactive in sorting out my problem.

I returned a skinny dip parcel but I was never sent confirmation of this or a refund so their helpdesk, Poppie, was extremely helpful and quick to rectify and refund me within 2 days after I sent my problem. My order number was 1033937239 and if I have any other further problems in the future I would not hesitate to contact them as they are great.

I saw phone cases on the site for my wife and I. I’ve hadn’t actually heard of the brand, I wasn’t sure if they were a scam or something (I’ve been caught out a few times), but my wife informed me they were a premium brand. It was the most I’d ever spent on a couple of phone cases but I really wanted them. I also really don’t have a lot of disposable income as I don’t work, I am also chronically unwell and disabled. So, I’d been squirrelling away what I could for these cases for a while.

For myself it was an Adventure Time one, the show brings me a lot of joy and I love it. For my wife it was a Moomin one,

My wife’s one was totally fine and she loves it. But mines arrived with a clear printing error, in that it was printed too far to one side, leaving a much larger gap than there should be at one side, of about 4ish mm. Might not sound like a lot, but you can really see it. I was disappointed so I sent some pictures via the companies online form.

To be fair I got a swift reply, but they simply said ‘that’s how it appears online on the store, so there is nothing wrong’. They offered a refund. They clearly didn’t understand what I was trying to say at all. In the end I still really liked the case, and I didn’t want to return it. I took what they said as gospel and sort of thought, it must just be me.

However, this morning I thought I’d check the site again and the picture on the website absolutely does not show this fault. So, basically they haven’t listened to me and it feels like they’ve just tried to fob me off. I would write to them again now, but I shouldn’t have to. A customers concern should always be taken seriously in the first instance.

It seems like a small fault but when you’re paying top money for what is described as a premium product, you expect it to arrive as advertised.

So, I’m quite disappointed. I’ve now used the case for a few days and I don’t think they’ll take it back now anyway. But I wanted to write here as a warning to others who are unsure. The case is of very good quality though, they’re great cases, and my wife’s is great. But I guess if I purchase from them again it’s going to be a gamble, and an expensive one at that.

I gave this rating largely because despite the product being of a good quality, the printing was not and that it’s really the most eye catching and important part. As well as that for the Customer Services team to simply not understand or attempt to understand my complaint which was disappointing. I’m not sure if you can buy these cases in person, but that might be a better way to avoid getting one that is misprinted.

EDIT: I emailed Skinnydip and they were interested to hear about the issue in more detail, they sent out a replacement with no fuss and the new case is printed better than the original. They fixed it very quickly and with no fuss, however my only gripe; I shouldn’t have had to write a bad review to get that help in the first place. Still, great effort and I appreciate having a new case.

I always get my iphone cases from SkinnyDip as they protect my phone and camera really well.
Recently I received my new one with a scratch on it, I reached out to customer service and Poppie was amazing and very helpful and sent out a replacement straight away. ORDER #2469697
