If I could give no stars at all, I would. Disgraceful how customers are treated. 3 weeks and dozens of phone calls & not once was the phone answered. I left messages for them to call me, but no one has. I am now reporting them to Trading Standards and I advise others to do the same.
Oh my god. Never before have I had something I have eaten make an reappearance so fast. I ate the Mint bar and within 20 minutes it felt like my stomach was yawning. Then it started tingling, a few minutes later came the tingling of my face and gurgling of the guts. I actually sprinted to the toilet and nothing needed any encouragement. Two words, "watery Bisto". I have never had a reaction like this to anything, ever. The next day I thought must have been a bug or stomach issue. 30 minutes after eating the second one there was a repeat of the first experience. Beware people, eat one at your peril...keep the toilet close if you are sensitive to them.

Skinny Mallo Chocolate bars....absolutely awful....nothing like the image on the box....tasteless and like cardboard. I also contacted their customer services and filled in a complaint form.....and like the other reviewers have heard nothing back.

I went onto their website & posted a message to contact me regarding a complaint about shrivelled but well in date Skinny Whip bars Mint but got no reply/phone call or email. I also rang their number 01633 633129 & got a voicemail on which I left a message & my contact details - again no reply. I asked Mark Andrews CEO to respond but he ignored me too.
So that is why Skinny Bars of Unit 26, Estuary Road, Queensway Meadows Industrial Estate, Newport, Wales, NP19 4XA get a 1 Star rating.
I found flies in my skinny crunch bars. It was really disappointing (this is NOT the skinny food co) I am waiting on a response, but this is disgusting. What if I had eaten this!
