Great products!!

A friend brought me back some of these products when she went to France. I instantly fell in love. I ordered the entire line, they were sent quickly to the US. These are far more effective and clean than products I have near me. Almost instant results, my skin is glowing.

Missing Articles

I placed an order (SP241695) on August 22, 2025, for 8 boxes of Ultra-Soothing Sensimine Cream (2 achètes 2 offerts). Unfortunately, I only received 2 articles on 28 August 2015. I immediately contacted customer service on the day of delivery, second follow up 2 days later (30.8.25) and third time follow up on today (4.9.25) and I provided proof (a photo of the delivery), but to this day I have not received any reply or solution.

I understand that logistical mistakes can happen, but what is truly disappointing is the complete lack of response from customer service. A quick reply and proper follow-up would have easily resolved this issue.

I genuinely hope the company will improve its responsiveness and customer support in the future, as the product itself is satisfactory.
