Placed my order 3 months ago, never got it ....

I placed my order on 3 May 2021. I received confirmation of my order--> ok. 3 days later it says my order is complete. --> not ok. 21 days later it says my order can be reviewed --> panic moment.

I then reached out to the seller inquiring about my order. I did not receive an answer.

It is now 2 july, exactly 3 months have passed since I first placed my order, and I nearly completely forgot about it. So I started a paypal dispute. Hope I get my money back! I'm very sad and disappointed.
