Steam Community Market prices (which is likely what you were referencing) are much higher than average because sales fees are very high (~16%), and Steam wallet funds cannot be withdrawn as real money, and are locked to the Steam ecosystem. Therefore, Steam prices are not reliable when assessing the cash value of your items.
On third-party markets with low fees where items are bought and sold for withdrawable funds, such as CSFloat, your knife (a Skeleton Knife | Boreal Forest (Field-Tested)), is listed in the $120–130 USD range... not $160 USD.

We’ve reviewed your account and would like to clarify the situation for both you and future readers.
You selected the "Flex Cashout" option at the time of sale on Skinflow.gg. This payout method is structured so that the total sale amount is distributed in installments over time (in your case, over a 12-month period), in exchange for a significantly higher overall value. This was not a standard instant payout.
The first installment has already been credited to your trade balance (currently ~$17), and the remaining installments are scheduled according to the clearly displayed Flex Cashout terms you agreed to when completing the sale.
Additionally, while a support ticket was opened regarding what you believed to be a missing payment, no follow-up details were provided by you after our team asked how we could assist. Without a response, we’re unable to investigate or clarify concerns directly.
Stating that you “haven’t been paid for 2 months” does not accurately reflect the payout structure you selected. If you have any questions about how Flex Cashout works, our support team is available 24/7 and happy to walk you through it.
If this clears up the misunderstanding, we'd like to ask that you update your review to reflect the accurate situation.
Long Credit Card deposit delay, but good customer support
Had a problem with a credit card deposit which lasted 30 hours instead of the 3 hours that was advertised on the website, at first I was compensated with my deposit fees being covered but upon speaking with the team directly I was able to get a full refund.
I've also had experience with depositing via crypto currency, that process was flawless.
The only reason it's not a 4 or a 5 stars is because of the hassle and the original wait time, but the website is great, fast and easy to use and the team behind it is great.

In this case, the delay was caused by an unexpected hold-up with our third-party provider for card deposits. While payment processing is handled externally, we fully acknowledge that from a user’s perspective, the experience reflects on us, which is why we took responsibility by covering your deposit fees as a goodwill gesture.
That said, we also recognize that you may have a different definition of what is "fair" compensation than us. Our intention was to offset the inconvenience immediately for you rather than delay things further through a potential refund, which we state that we do not provide via our ToS. However, we appreciate your perspective on how that could have been handled differently.
Please also note that we’ve since implemented changes to prevent this scenario from happening again. Card deposits no longer remain in a “pending” state, they are now either instantly accepted or instantly rejected. This removes the possibility of extended processing delays like the one you experienced.
We genuinely value constructive criticism because it helps us improve, and you directly contributed to system changes. If you’d be open to it, we’d appreciate you updating your review to reflect that the issue was resolved to the best of our current ability and that improvements have been made.

Unfortunately, card deposits are processed externally, and we do not have direct control over their internal processing times.
That said, we did not ignore the situation, and we covered your deposit fees as a gesture of goodwill due to the delay, and you certainly did receive your deposit. Labeling the platform as a scam because of a third-party processing delay is misleading; once payments are released by the provider, they are delivered in full.
Since your funds have since arrived, we'd like to request that you consider updating your review to reflect the current situation.
