10 free bucks for your first trade but they don't tell you that you need to spend a 100 dollars to get it, it's barely mentioned to make you think that you'll get that money no matter what you trade, they even send you promotional mails about it, "forgetting" to mention that detail, the only thing that remotely come close to it is "Bigger trade. More Rewards." in semi-transparent!!!!!!, which looks like it might as well be the site's slogan. All of that to be able to say "you were warned you should've payed more attention."
Also, no, if it's the user's first trade they are probably NOT familiar with how trading works and just won't understand that shady condition.

This ensures there is no ambiguity at the point of transaction.
You’re correct that a recent promotional email did not clearly communicate these tiers, and we’ve since corrected that to avoid any misunderstanding going forward. Still, the on-site interface (where the trade is actually completed) provides a clear breakdown of the bonus before any action is finalized.
Suggesting that the bonus is intentionally misleading does not reflect facts. Many users who are quite familiar with how trading CS2 skins works in general may have simply never traded on the Skinflow platform specifically before, and can take advantage of the bonus.

Issues depositing but good customer support
skinflow's card deposit payment processor is kind of lame as hell and my payment didn't fully go through but I got a refund on the way and the customer support guy I talked with (punisher pfp, forgot the name) was really friendly and helped me out quite a bit, so props to him specifically

Actually surprised me

We’d like to clarify an important misunderstanding here. Skinflow offers instant sales, meaning your items can be immediately traded away and their real-world value is locked in at the time of sale. This part of the process is instant. We never claim otherwise on the site.
However, payments must wait on Steam’s Trade Protection period (approximately 8 days). During this time, trades can be reversed, so funds cannot be released immediately without exposing the platform to the risk of being scammed. This is a Steam-imposed limitation, and definitely not a Skinflow policy.
