Never order from SCM! My order SCM145035 was placed on 4/8/24. USPS label was
created the same day. Today, USPS tracking status is still "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item" and it's 4/17/24 now. Trying to contact their customer service for 3 days already. No reply to email, voice mail and online chat is unresponsive. Does SCM stand for "SCAM"?
