Very impressed with the level of service and attention to detail. It is rare to get a handwritten thank you note with postal orders these days so it’s clear this company values its customers. My Guinot item (a Christmas gift) was received quickly in the post, wrapped very well and securely. The addition of some Guinot samples was a lovely finishing touch.
