Good price with delivery.

It’s funny. I’m asked to provide a review for an order that I placed over 8 days ago which only shipped today. I haven’t received the order. Why am I asked for a review when the service on this order is already really low? In this day and age, to not ship an order in 5 business days is a miss. Will think twice ordering from you again. I can’t rate products that I haven’t received. Strike one.

Ordered something online but immediately realized I forgot to add something. Emailed them asking if I could cancel that order or add to it. It was on a holiday weekend, so I understand delayed response. When they did respond, claimed that couldn’t be done, order was processed. If I ordered add on item by itself, it’d be below minimum for free shipping, and shipping charge would be more than the item. Original order took a long time to arrive so I question the claim it’d been ‘processed.’ Probably won’t use them again.

I placed my order on July 5th. I finally got an update today (7-13-26) and when I click on the tracking number to see when to expect my package UPS says that it cannot be tracked. I would really like to know when to expect my package. I purchased it because I needed it. I may have to go out and buy something else in the meantime.

Loved that the product was a refill for a container that I would have discarded. Also it sold for a cheaper price than amazon, even before the discount!

Fake products! Not real. Be careful and don’t buy

I never received the product that you stated you delivered on July 12 at 1:30. I happen to be home and working in the front yard at this time. No package was delivered then or since then. I am very upset. No one at your company has responded to my email or voicemail.

I received Obagi balancing toner that had leaked throughout the entire box and was completely empty upon arrival. It wasn’t a matter of damaged packaging, the lid was not secure on the bottle and leaked everywhere. I have an email out to your service center, but am not confident I will receive a refund or replacement of the item.
