“Skinbox blocked my account and ignored refund requests”
I am a new user of Skinbox and decided to try the platform. I deposited around €7, opened a few cases unsuccessfully, then deposited another €7. Eventually, I got a knife, traded it for gloves, and decided to withdraw them to test if withdrawals actually work before depositing more.
After clicking the withdrawal button, the site showed me “purchasing skins” for about 10 minutes. I contacted support to ask how long this usually takes. Right after I messaged support, I was suddenly blocked from withdrawals.
The support team responded extremely slowly and with generic, copy-paste answers like “we are checking your situation,” without giving any real explanation. Later, when I posted about my case in their Telegram channel, I was instantly banned there as well. Shortly after, my Skinbox account was permanently banned, and I was accused of “multi-account abuse,” which is completely untrue.
I asked either for my deposited money (~€14) or the items I won to be returned, but my requests were completely ignored.
This is very disappointing. According to the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, Section 49, services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. I consider this practice unfair and against consumer protection rights.
I hope Skinbox will react to this review and resolve my issue by either returning my lost funds or my earned skins.

Сайт заблокировал вывод, поддержка отвечала шаблонно, а позже меня окончательно забанили с обвинением в мультиаккаунте (чего не было). Возврат средств или предметов мне отказали. Это противоречит закону о защите прав потребителей Британии (Consumer Rights Act 2015, Section 49). Будьте осторожны.
