Before you left a bad review, you could have opened a support ticket or asked our chat bot for help.
You can't send the items back to your Steam account, because you have a trade ban.
You have probably just installed Steam Guard or set up a new phone. Usually you receive an e-mail from Steam about this. Once the trade ban is over, you can immediately collect your purchase in your SkinBaron inventory under "Retrieved items". There you can just re- request the trade.
You can also check the remaining time in the Steam help center.
We can send you the link to the specific page when you open a support ticket on the site.
Since this is easily cleared up, we would be happy if you change your review.

Great site but you need to be patient, site is a little bit slow and I had to wait for quite some time for support to answer. But when they did everything was great and very professional.
