Hard to notice marketplace fee
When you go to pay you can only see your marketplace fee added to the total, after choosing payment option, which pushes the yellow box with "you pay x amount" off screen so you essentially pay a hidden tax on the webshop until you figure it out.
(All the payment options have the same fee so why not let us see the fee from the beginning)
The support I contacted didn't help me, but had seemingly quick responses, but weirdly enough the responses showed up only half an hour after support had sent them.
And the service? A bit distant but acceptable.

The cart is immediately reloaded after choosing a payment method. The total with the fees is shown on the left side as well, not only at the bottom "off screen".
When you select credit card payment, the window to enter your data pushes the total off screen, but you have to scroll down to click a checkbox and click on the pay button, at which point the total is visible again. Support explained to you what was going on, there was nothing to help you with. As soon as a reply is written, it's available in your account to check. We can't replicate any delay when testing.

Skinbaron is very easy to use and in my oppinion a trust worthy site. I always get every thing I purchase and it sometimes is cheaper than other sites. but that ofcourse depends on the sellers using the platform
