Thieves

Thieves! Watch out! Instead of ordered product you are getting subscription, if you will not cancel it on time, they will write off amount from your bank account. After long exchanges they offered me a refund if I will leave them a positive review. Scammers!

refund offered and received within a matter of days

I am happy to say that I have finally received a full refund from this company. I had honestly given up any expectations of getting my money back as their stuff was always out of stock when I tried to order it back last August. A few days ago I received an email from Nula saying she was handling my case and I would receive a full refund. I checked my account today after only a few days and it’s there’s. Excellent service from Nula. Shame it took so long for the response but I can’t fault the refund over the last few days

im sorry but not much of a great experience

im sorry but not much of a great experience. because i cant use the credit to purchase an item. and we are all shock that skinanytime automatically debited on my credit card with a big amount. also the chat customer service is not answering my question.
