I am writing this to report a major…
I am writing this to report a major system flaw and extremely unprofessional support on Skin.land. Here is the exact summary of my issue:
1. The First Transaction: I completed a transaction and waited the full 7-day trade hold. My funds were successfully cleared and became available for withdrawal.
2. The Failed Withdrawal: I requested a bank transfer. Due to an error on the site's payment provider, the transfer failed and the cleared funds were credited back to my site balance.
3. The System Flaw: Yesterday, I initiated a separate, new transaction. Instead of only locking the funds from this new transaction, your system locked my ENTIRE balance—including my cleared funds from the first transaction that I had already waited 7 days for.
4. Support's Failure: When I contacted support (Alex and Jordan) to manually separate my cleared funds and process a payout, they refused to escalate the ticket to a manager. Instead of solving the issue, they offered me a $20 compensation and eventually closed the chat by saying "you have already been given an answer."
I have already waited the required time for my money. Forcing me to wait another week for already-cleared funds because of your platform's technical limitations is unacceptable. I request a senior manager to review this case and process my cleared payout manually.
Update: The support agent (Jordan) dismissed me by saying "we have already given the answer" instead of resolving their system error or providing any technical explanation. They continue to hold my funds hostage without justification. This is an extremely unprofessional platform that actively mistreats its users.

Thank you for admitting the technical flaw in your system. However, offering a small bonus does not compensate for holding my money hostage for over two weeks, nor does it excuse the dismissive attitude of your support agent. I will wait for the remaining time to expire, withdraw every single cent, and never use your platform again.

After I posted my initial review, the company falsely reported it as 'fake' to have it removed. However, after I submitted my official proof and documents, Trustpilot reinstated my review. Be aware that they try to hide negative feedback instead of solving problems.
