Material is very sheer. I got this on a final sale otherwise I would have returned the items.

I ordered three pairs of briefs off the SKIMS website. The package never arrived. The delivery person must have dropped it off at the wrong location. I had two or three exchanges with customer service before they said the lost package team would reach out to me, but they never did and customer service has been ignoring my emails. I did not get a refund or the products. I have never had this happen with an order from skims before, but safe to say I will not be ordering from them again due to this lack of support. Very upsetting.

Products ship quickly and quality is really good. Highly recommend. Easy returns if needed.

Skims company and brand is excellent! The quality of the clothes is always top tier and consistent so you always know what to expect. As a brand Skims continues to set the bar high with their innovative styles to fit all bodies and their customer service is outstanding. 10/10 I don’t have to think twice about it, I have started shopping regular with skims, it’s the first place I go when thinking about a purchase!

The Balconette bra was definitely what I was looking for as far as a straight neckline for certain shirts, but for the price I do feel like I was expecting more. The quality control just doesn't totally seem there. The edges of the lining over the wire are or the sharp side and uncomfortable. Hopefully after more wash and wear it will get a little more comfortable, but I kind of feel like it's a new generation VS bra, not in a good way.

Purchases with skims are fine returns or exchanges are a nightmare terrible customer service

Terrible Customer service on the Chat Kenji was the name of this person. The returned package went back to my house instead of their website and they want me to re do everything instead of getting a refound. The sizes are too small. They just gave me the option of USPS to return and now they want me to talk with USPS? They selected that carrier they should fix their mistakes.

I ordered a size Large shapewear.

This is the same size I chose last time for a different color and style shapewear at SKIMS.

It was not true to size and fit me like an Xsmall .

Wont respond over a parcel that wasnt delivered. What kind of service is this?

TWO WEEKS after receiving an order confirmation email the tracking still shows as YOUR PACKAGE IS AWAITING CARRIER PICKUP. It doesn’t look like it’s moving very fast or at all. Not happy about the shipping timelines. Let’s see if I even get the item at all.
