We were looked after superbly by our chalet host Mia. The meals were delicious and exactly what we needed after a day on the slopes. Our chalet suited us perfectly and John was a 10/10 transfer driver from Geneva to Le Praz.
I couldn’t rate this family company highly enough.

I don’t know where to start! It truly was the most magical week. The chalet was perfect, and Oli and Indie were just incredible.

Throughout the entire process, you’ve been there, answering every email, guiding us through each step, and adding that personal touch that was evident right from the start.

The chalet exceeded all our expectations (though one small point — your photos on Ski Magic don’t quite do it justice!). We were a group of 12, and the space was incredible, with beautiful new sofas, a roaring fire, and extraordinary views. The beds were ridiculously comfy, and everything was spotlessly clean.

But what really made the holiday unforgettable was Oli and Indie. Their food was absolutely delicious and plentiful, and they were an absolute delight — always smiling, friendly, and happy to chat. They felt like part of our extended family, which we so appreciated.

I would like to give a special mention to Mia who was such a wonderful host. Extremely efficient, friendly and a great cook!

We had a lovely stay at Chalet Matisse Haut, La Tania. The chalet is exceptionally well located to the slopes and ski lift and all the amenities in La Tania. The chalet is well equipped and comfortable and we had excellent meals provided by our host Maddie. A very enjoyable trip!

We had a wonderful family trip to Chalet Chez Mamie, Courchevel Le Praz, as a group of grandparents down to 2 grandchildren. This didn't phase the superb Mia who was our chalet host.
Every aspect of the organisation went so smoothly, right down to the use of a ski locker at the lift station (not that the walk from the chalet is much at all, but was easier when escorting a toddler there!). We hired skis etc through ski magic and they supplied them within an hour of our arrival.
Our meals were superb, delicious and nicely presented by Mia at all times. We couldn't fault our stay, they even provided a stair gate for us.
All in all, a total success - thank you ski magic

We had an amazing ski week with Ski Magic. Communication with Clare in advance was punctual and they think of everything so that you can just focus on skiing and having a good time with friends. Skis were fitted in the chalet. The hosts Pippa and Tally were lovely and made delicious meals. The chalet itself was perfect and the hot tub an absolute winner. We would gladly return.

Booking from the United States, I researched several options before selecting Ski Magic Chalets. So happy I did! Clare and team exceeded every expectation. The beds were comfy and the house living room was light and cozy. Ski Magic organized rental skis fitted the first night at the chalet; the next day I saw a line 40+ people long waiting for skis outside the local shop. The menu Mia cooked was amazing; I took photos of several recipes used this week. Le Praz is a great base for skiing, quiet, with several fine restaurants. I recommend Ski Magic 100%.

Ski magic are an extremely friendly and accommodating company when it comes to booking ski holidays. You feel safe in their hands due to good communication & their excellent organisation. All their staff, from booking the trip, ski hire to hosting are pleasant & make the holiday wonderful. I would certainly recommend them because of this.

Thanks for a great week, Pippa and Tally did Ski Magic proud, they created a great atmosphere, relaxed but also very professional, they were both engaging and very helpful. Thanks to John for the smooth transfers also.

Our group of 10 had the most wonderful week at Chalet Loden. A fantastic location just a step from a blue run to the centre with great views, spacious rooms and exceptional hospitality from Indie and Ollie. It felt like a home from home. All the dietary requirements were well catered for with delicious homely meals and the chalet was spotless throughout. We would highly highly recommend any stay with Ski Magic. If you like a boutique, personal, family feel they are the best and we really hope to return again next year.

Fantastic Chalet with ski magic. We were a group of 8 and stayed in Chalet Chez Mamie. Mia was an excellent host and dealt with all of our needs including alergens. Ski equipment and lift passes were at the chalet on arrival meaning there was no need to go to hire shops etc. Food and location were excellent. Would highly recomment Ski Magic.

Great friendly service. The chalet was excellent and the staff brilliant. Great food and location. Ski Magic organised everything from airport transfer to ski passes. Will definitely use again.

Stayed a chalet Matisse in March 2023, our host Polly was great and nothing was too much trouble, we had a couple of the group that had dietary requirements which was covered with no issue. Meals were plentiful and varied, good wine too!! Rooms are cosy but adequate for what you need all with ensuite, boot room was a great addition and the slopes were a short walk away. Skis were delivered and collected with at the chalet. La Tania village accessed via the lift was a short walk and Le Pub is a great apres ski venue, La Taiga is great too and quieter, there are also numerous very good restaurants. Booking was simple, I would recommend Ski Magic and La Tania. The 3 Valleys is such a vast and great ski area.

Having dealt with the Ski Magic team personally, I only have wonderful things to share about them. They have your best interests at heart and are incredibly experienced in their field. Trust goes a long way in today's world, and you know immediately on meeting them that you're dealing with good humans who only want to share their passion for skiing with the world.
